The placement cell is very active and provides good training and guidance for IT jobs.
The faculty members are very supportive and help students with projects

Course Curriculum Overview

The MCA curriculum is very relevant to the IT industry. It covers languages like Python, Java, AI and ML which help in real world jobs. We have three internal tests and one final exam for each semester .

Class Size: 50Course Fees: INR 140000 per year

Placement Experience

Students became eligible for placements from the 3rd semester. Top companies like Infosys, LTIMINDTREE, TCS and others visit our campus. For MCA the average package is about 6 to 7 lakhs. Almost 70% of students get placed every year.

Fees and Financial Aid

I have paid 1,40,000 per year for my MCA degree, making the total course fee up to 2,80,000. This includes tuition fees and lab fees. Management quota students pay much more, around 3.5 lakhs yearly. SC/ST students get government subsidies. ScholalScholarship like SSP are available. The fee stays the same once you join, though it may increase for new batches.

Campus Life

Campus life is great. We have fests like Parichay every year. The library is vast and well maintained. All classrooms have projectors and Wi-Fi facilities.There are sports and cultural clubs for social growth.

Admission

I chose RNSIT because it has better placement records than other colleges. I applied through the PGCET entrance exam. You can also join via KMAT or management quota. The PGCET cutoff for MCA in RNSIT is 700-750.

Faculty

The faculty members of MCA department are very supportive and they are always ready to help you with projects and any sort of doubts.A few professors are strict, they are well trained. Every subject teachers provides helpful notes that cover the entire syllabus.

Night Life

Nightlife is quite. The campus closes by 9 PM. We hang out at the local cafes and hotels with friends after classes . The library closes by 8 PM . It is very safe area for students to walk around even at night.

Placement Experience:

Students at RNSIT generally become eligible for campus placements from third semester of the MCA program. Training like soft skills , coding sessions , resume building. Companies : TCS , INFOSYS , WIPRO

Great learning experience at RNSIT

Course Curriculum Overview:

Balanced Experience with Academics and Career Growth

Likes

The teachers are highly knowledgeable and experienced in their respective subjects. They explain concepts clearly and are always approachable for doubts.
Each student as a mentor who provides academic support, career advice and help us succeed in our goals.
Frequent guest lectures, hackathons, and workshops that are very useful as they provide exposure to real-world concept.

Dislikes

There are comparatively fewer extracurricular activities offered in the college.

Placement Experience:

Placements in the college are decent, especially for MCA students who actively build their skills. The college provides placement training from earlier semesters, including aptitude test, coding practice, and mock interviews which helps in preparation.

RNSIT MCA: A Blend of Strong Academics and Vibrant Campus Life

Likes

Professors are highly qualified, approachable, and supportive.
Average packages for MCA students are around 4-5 LPA
Well maintained labs, classrooms, and library

Dislikes

While placements are good, more tie-ups with product-based companies and startups could improve opportunities
Some of us feel the syllabus could be modernized faster to match industry trends
Admission and office related processes are time consuming

RNSIT MCA placements are good. Students become eligible from second semester, with average packages around 4-5 LPA. Over 50 companies visit in a year, offering roles in software development, data analysis, and IT services.

Remarks:

I think only positive remarks on my college,but regarding to hostels they are too much expensive and are suitable only for rich students.College will give best education.negetive remarks are not important.

Infrastructure is not so big. But ok. We wish we had some good canteen but we don't. But it's all good as I say.

Admission:

First write KAT exam get the score card give the documents with original score card to the college almost around 85% of the student gets placed each year . Every year almost 40-50 companies visit these companies may range from a start up to a mac company getting a job should be from our talent though chances would be given you just have to grab them.
