Likes
- I liked the fact that the teachers in first year are helpful and strict . So it gives us a sense of how to maintain ourselves and they guide us enough so that we can do our work efficiently and correctly
- The college infrastructure is very good clean and surrounded by trees
- The sports asssoc of college is very active and supportive for their students .
Dislikes
- Parking management is too poor and very much stressing
- College canteen are not enough according to the no of students
- Classes are small according to the strength in a class
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is now a little bit outdated as it's gives only theoretical know now technical and practical knowledge . I choose this course as btech in cos is helpful in future and is highly relevant The course need more practical knowledge and more practices related to them
Fees and Financial Aid
In the first year the fees is around 136000 it covers all the expenses than from the next year it reduces to 128000. . But this fees excludes exam fees once a year is paid which is around 8000 rupees .but as of now the fees is increased very much now the fees for a year is around 175000 or more . Excluding exam fees . Talking of transport it costs 20-25 k a year and hostel fees for a year is 150000
Campus Life
1. There is only one big fest GENERO held once twice in a year . it is the biggest event of 3 days and apart from it nothing such good events are happenend 2 diwali fest and holi fest are held on the festive time 3 the classroms are very small accoereding to the number of students in a class , in my class there were 70 students 4 sports adn extracurricalar activities are decent
Admission
I applied for all and Kiet I fact I got call from Both of them I choose this as my big brother did btech from abes only so I was familiar with it . No I didn't get any rejection as I had a good jee main score . I got through counselling from jee main . Which is conducted after jee mains score through situ and it was a long process from document verification to cross checking all the documents .
Faculty
1.in one department there are 2 teachers for a subject which is a decent ratio .best faculties are of 4 th year they understand your concern . In first year Preeti Mam who teaches maths is great . 2.i like all of them mostly as they are friendly and helpful 3 there is a mechanical teacher I think his name is Vinay and he is way too much arrogant with students 4 in a sem 2 sessional are conducted and then the external exams are conducted
Night Life
i was day scholar so i did not took hostel but according to the reviews of my friends night life of hostel is very nice and happening our favourite hangout spot was parking. capus timings are 8am to 4.30 pm and in girls hostel girls are not allowed to leave after 7 pm and boys after 9 pm
