My experience

I would like to say so far there are no major complaints as our management always keeps updating and makes necessary improvements. But it would be much better if more enhancements are encouraged.

The course curriculum is good for a student to learn and understand the need of the subject. The exam structure is good. Unit tests are conducted after the completion of each unit so that the student is along with the pace in understanding the concepts regularly. It needs further improvement in order to be research-driven.

Our college is extremely welcoming in case of placements. The staff and management always make sure that the students get placed in good companies where an individual's career growth is upward.

Tarang event is a well-known event among all the other engineering colleges. It is celebrated for 2 days with a huge crowd of students from other colleges also. Ted-ex is another event which is extremely awaiting event for the students. Certain well-known Speakers, celebrities visit our college and share their experiences with the students. Also, Codathons, hackathons, project expo take place.

The fee structure is a yearly based. The fee for the first, second and third year is One Lakh and ten Thousand rupees including the transportation fee. The Fourth year course fee is the same as the above mentioned years but it differs in the bus fee. A fee waiver of 50% is given to the final year students for transportation as the number of working days is less.

The campus life is good. Vignan institution has the best scenery around. Students can have some peace of mind. The labs are maintained in an organised manner with good equipment. Extracurricular activities like sports, dance, etc are also encouraged by conducting sports meet, NSS meet.

The institution has a strong loving bond with the alumni. They are always willing to help the juniors in their academics, placement notifications, internships, information regarding any technical fests, etc.

I took the admission through B-category. The date of admission is informed through mail. The process began with intermediate memo submission and other certificate verification. After that, the date of joining is given along with the respective section allowed.

The faculty is excellent in making the students understand the need to learn something. They always guide students with patients. They motivate students to always keep learning something new. They keep the students updated about the technical fests taking place around.
