ABBS is Amazing!!

Because I didn't wanted to pursue a four or 5 years long program. I needed to graduate early get a job and get going. Our course teaches us a lot of computers and it is enough to get a job and hence we get jobs easily from our college as our course is amazing.

Tech Mahindra, Deloitte and companies like those which are established and provides good learning and good stipend are the ones which approach our college for intenrships. Almost 22 studnets did intenrship this summer through college and all of them had an amazing time with them.

Ab ABBS we get eligible for placements like after we finish the second year. Till then training and all keeps on going. From cracking the mandatory tests which many corporates have made it mandatory and also things like communication skills and all are taught. Finally then we are placed with packages worth 50-75k a month. Out of the total batch of 120 nearly 70 students are placed from campus.

Acharya Bangalore B School or ABBS which is one of the most advanced colleges of Bangalore, the fees for studying BBA was 1.2 lakhs a year. Total fees was in the range of 3.5 lakhs for our entire course and scholarships were based on 12th marks.

Our infrastructure is somehow little confusing actually as it's a round shaped campus. So we literally have to go round and round to go to our academic block and even canteens. There's a good cricket ground which also hosts our annual fest Acharya Habba. We also have an interview college fest organised at our college and that is named Utkarsh.

Admission are based on the percentage we have in 12th. There are a total of 120 seats for BCA and our of which 80 are given on merit and 40 on management quota. Fees is different as those who come through merit here scholarships and those who come through management quota has to pay double the fees of actual fees.

At ABBS faculties are amazing like for our course that is BCA we have numerous faculties and all are super good. All have a call demeanor as our course is technical and so we ask them a lot of questions but they answer all of them with sheer peace. Mrs Nalini Nagpal is my favourite who teaches us programming languages.

Our college is located in a busy street and therefore we have a lot of cafes close to the college. Lassi and Cafe, Caffebey, ane Hangout Cafe are some of them. For gym and library our college has them both.
