- Our college strictly follows a no ragging policy to ensure a safe and respectful environment for every student. Seniors and juniors share a friendly bond, and any act of ragging is not tolerated, making the campus secure for all.
- At our college, students get the chance to explore and participate in a wide variety of sports, from cricket and football to athletics and indoor games. The facilities encourage fitness, teamwork, and talent development, creating a healthy spirit.

Dislikes
- One thing I dislike about my college is the strict 75% attendance rule. It often feels like it limits flexibility for students, leaving less room for personal growth, internships, or other learning opportunities outside classrooms.
- The mess food is another drawback for me. The meals are usually bland with very little spice, and the menu is dominated by North Indian dishes. It becomes repetitive and difficult for those of us who crave more variety in taste.
- What I also dislike is the absence of non-veg options in campus food stalls. Many of us enjoy good-tasting non-veg meals, and not having them on campus feels restrictive, especially when the available food lacks variety.
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose BBA for its balanced curriculum of theory and practicals with projects and case studies. It prepares us for real-world roles and higher studies, though adding industry-focused modules and interactive teaching would improve it further.
Internships Opportunities
Top firms like Amazon, Wipro, and Deloitte offer internships with roles in management, finance, and analytics, often with stipends. Projects include case studies and live tasks, helping students gain outcomes like problem-solving and industry exposure.
Placement Experience
Students at LPU become eligible for placements from the 6th semester. Many top companies visit, offering varied profiles with competitive packages. A good percentage of students get placed. After my degree, I plan to pursue higher studies and career growth.
Fees and Financial Aid
My total tution fee per year as a BBA student is 160000 in which I get a scholarship of 24800 and it may increase a little as the demand is increasing. The registration fee for writing LPUNEST will be around 500 to 800 and there is no such categories which consider the caste to give a scholarship
Campus Life
LPU hosts annual fests like One India and One World and tech fest Code-Glow held yearly. The library offers vast books and journals, classrooms are tech-enabled, and sports plus clubs enrich student life with active participation and growth.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel rooms at LPU provide basic facilities like bed, study table, chair, and Wi-Fi. Meals are healthy but sometimes repetitive in taste and menu. Hostel registration is simple and affordable. Students renting PGs usually prefer Phagwara locality nearby.
Admission
I chose Lovely Professional University over others because of its diverse curriculum, modern infrastructure, and supportive faculty. The exposure to sports, activities, and real-world learning makes it stand out from the rest.
Faculty
I’m pursuing a BBA program where each semester includes two major exams, the midterm and the end term, along with one or two continuous assessments (CAs) to track progress. The faculty is not only knowledgeable but also very friendly and convenient to approach, which makes clarifying doubts and seeking guidance much easier. This supportive environment helps us stay motivated, manage academics better, and build confidence throughout the course.
Night Life
At LPU, gyms, cafeterias, library, and public areas close by late evening, while hostel and campus in-timings are fixed at night. Popular hangouts include Sagar Ratna, Subway, Dominos, and nearby malls. The locality is generally safe to roam at night.
