JLU law department is ahead of others!!

I have taken law course as it is a vibrant course and also gives opportunity to go for litigation which is like a self owned business. Also when everyone is compaliaining about higher tax rates in India, we don't have to pay income tax as lawyers are only eligible for professional taxes.

For the initial years our college provides us contacts of lawyers of high court as Bhopal High Court is where the first 2-3 years we have to do intenrships before heading to law firms. Stipend is nil as lawyers definitely are the most miser people on this planet.

It's the law firms and mostly the ones from Metro Cities as Khaitan, DSK Legal and many such which are private litigation firms are the ones which gives us placements at will. JLU is also trying hard to get intenrships along the way so that students can also earn PPO too.

For Law, Jagran Lakecity University of Bhopal is as good as NLU Bhopal. Our infrastructure and academics both are better than them and fees almost similar as we pay 2.10 lakhs as annual fees. For those who opts for hostels, their fees is 1 lakh to 1.3 lakhs depending upon the room they choose.

Our college has many events and fests and culture fest Riwaz may be the largest but our departmental fest Gyaneshwar is for us mor important. From moot to various MNUs that fests have nearly 100 teams participants from various other colleges and universities. Infrastructure of our university is over the top as just the buildings of our campus are so eye-catching that we have no choice but to stand and gaze them for as long as we can.

I had confirmed admission from DNLU Jabalpur but that campus is still new and is the least ranked NLU. Thus I chose JLU over and NLU as course wise, infrastructure wise and even opportunities wise, our university is much better than most.

Our law faculties here are full time researchers and have served as legal advisors too. So along with handy experience as that, they also have teaching experience as well. Professor Nikat Khan is like the best faculties i have met so far in the university as he and his teaching prowess are God level.

Lakes and Bhopl's biggest fan, Kerva Dam is also nearby and is the place we go during monsoon. It's a beautiful sight to hold after a long college hour. For food and all our university has 3 cafes and a menu that covers everything that one craves for.
