I am pursuing BA at nabin chandra college, Badarpur. I have passed h. S from beacon senior secondary school with 93%. My expenditure in tuition fees is ?5000 and my admission fees is?4060 . My caste is general . I belong from very interior place at a very small village at silchar. My family income is not fruitful.

Campus Life

I choose these college because it is the best college in our valley. It maintain the consistency in last few years. It faculties are too much free with students and they are always ready to help the students.my college campus is free from ragging.my college campus is free from ragging.

I would like 10 out of 10 about, the performance of my college . My college naac credit is 5 out of 5 . And my college consistently maintain his performing . With the help of my college faculty. I would request you to all the students to join our college. I choose these college because it's not the best college in our valley . It is the best college .

My college's faculties are well interactive with students and they are always for ready to help students there are approximately above 10 exam's are conducted by college. The fees of the college is minimal . There are too much students in our college. The distance from my college to home is approximately 30 kilometres...

Course Curriculum Overview:

The institution provides a vast syllabus prescribed according to the courses . I did hons in english so in my field I had to study a vast syllabus ranging from ancient greek and roman literature to modern dramas The English course consists of poems, dramas, novels, novellas and many other. The course or syllabus is varies with different stage of semester or year In the first semester we had study the follows Greek literature and epic Roman literature Early indian literature In the second semester Roman literature Indian literature In the third semester Popular literature British literature American literature ....... The proficiency of students is checked in the exams where in the first sessional the level of questions remain easy Moderate to difficult in the second sessional and increases the level of difficulty with the progression of semesters If I will talk about the pros of the course It gives an insight of to the vastness of the world of literature which helps the students in different fields. It gives an opportunity to study different stories written by different writers from different countries and helps in to learn the culture, language, society, polity and the history of a particular period of literature movement. It also helps the students to think critically and creatively to utilise it in the real life scenarios. There are also some cons of this course It's vastness can sometimes make students burnt out completely due to the vastness of the course and the limited time frame where you have to cover everything from poems, novels with 300 pages to seminars , internships

Teachers should be cut slack to maintain their mental health. They are not provided enough rest. The exam schedule are not at all managed properly. It is quite hectic and students fail to cope up with it

Well balanced college for taking education and skills.

Numerous common courses were available and i chose Bcom Honours, the admission process was smooth, i got the notification in their official site . I went to the college to get more admission details. They have an online system for admission of students. We filled my details in their website and then was told to provide the acknowledgement form physically. The course price of Bcom Honours is 5000 rs but if your parents income is less than 2 lakhs per annum then its just only 550rs, which i took. And after few days we were summoned for orientation and then our classes started. Everything is smooth enough....Read More
