Likes

The infrastructure is good and teachers are also good.
Fees is affordable after scholarship. And students are nice.
Cafes are good. Good in activities and extra games.

Dislikes

I dont like the the food material of mess.
The lectures are too long and very disturbing.
No phones are allowed in classroom. No calls

Course Curriculum Overview

Teachers can teach throgh ppts and online also. Offline teaching is must in college. Attendance is mandatory for all the students. And exams are timing are also okay okay. I choose this course for making my carrer in IT.

Class Size: 85Course Fees: INR 120000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Total fees is 3.6Lakhs.the course has 6 semesters in whish every year has 2 semesters. Scholarships are also given to students according to their marks in 12 standard. The eligibility of this course is minimum 60%marks in 12.

Campus Life

Campis life is good. I take participate in many games and clubs. I also take participate in activities like singing dancing. Sports and other activities take students and take them to outside campus for tournament. Library is also good.

Admission

I have not applied for any other college because i want to take admission only in this university. Admission process is very good and understandable. Teachers are very cooperative and they explain everything in good way in reception.

Faculty

The relationship between faculty and students are nice andaccurate. They know how to teach and they are teaching in a good way. There will be back papers if studentgot fail and extra activities are persent.

Interview Experience

No i did not face any group dicussion, interview pr writing test for the admission. We just visit the campus before taking admission in college. Then we went to our college admin cell where the teacher explain the admission process

Night Life

Hostels is also good and campus is safe. Stydents can do whatever they want to do but smoking alcohol not allowed inside the campus. Cafes and places near the campus are amazing and affordable. Night view of campus is very beautiful.

Placement Experience:

There are many companies who visit our college for placements also many companies offers great package 14,00,000 which is good for students who want to start their career in software industry. I remember some companies like josh technologies, jf knowledge centre, relaxo, decatholon etc. Every week there are 2-3 companies who comes for placements. In our college the highest package was 44,00,000 of a b.tech student. Average package was 5,00,000. the percentage was 30% students getting placed every year. My plans after this degree is that i want to get a secure job in It sector.

My first and experience of college

Placement Experience:

The placements over here, have a clear cut criteria from the college and the percentage for getting your placement. Cell is like above 75%. You cannot sit below 75% on the placement cell. Also, you have to clear all your backlogs, and there are various companies that offers the internships and also the placements to the universities. There is Microsoft Adobe, many more big companies that do come to the college for placements and internships. also, the placements provided by these companies are also good with the salaries and incentives they provide for the contract, so it was also the main reason that I choose this college

Remarks:

You have to approach the instructor's for PDFs, PPTs and so forth. Workstation is must for making due here in UPES. You have to experience some futile online courses with week by week assignments. About My College Expereince

Remarks:

Positive comment about college is the best faculty and environment for studies. The negative remark is that a much better can be done for job placements and internships provided by the college. Till now it is not up to its best. If it will get improved more students will get a chance to prove themselves. And some big MNC must be called for internships and company placements.

I have applied also for Chandigarh Group of Colleges Landran and mohali , Chandigarh University and Quantum University Haridwar I have got a confirm addmission in chandigarh group of colleges mohali but I haven't got admission there as it was far away from my home. Also I got registered in Quantum University by submitting 10000 registration fees but later on I have changed my college to Uttaranchal University anyhow even I don't know why even I was selected and fulfilled the criteria for all other applied colleges. a review with honesty

they other collages that i applied for is lpu and parul university and i got addmsisson but the problem there is that parul have really less placement and lpu have ver less ROI and and also very high fees in respect to there placements i suggests students for nit or low scoring iim even if you have to wait a litle longer pls wait and clear the CAT exam then get the admisiions there getting admisiions here is really easy u only have to score 50 percent in your graduation thats all...Read More
