Remarks
The positive thing about the college is that it is focussed on giving knowledge to every student even sitting in the last bench. And the faculty is also a positive thing about college. The negative thing is that the college library issue only 4 books at a time and instead of this a book bank should be issued where a book issued once should be returned after the semester exams.
Course Curriculum Overview
The Course Curriculum has always been best among other colleges in and around the city. They had included every subject which is helpful for us in present and future. The college takes full care that students have knowledge about all the topics that are been taught in lecture. Thats why there are TWO Internals exams and a semester exam of 70 marks at the end of semester.
Placement Experience
Placements and Job opportunities are very well provided by the college. Recently many of our alumnus are placed in well reputed Law Firms as well as many students had cracked the PCS(J) exam recently. Yes the college do provide the internship opportunity at reputed law firms as we as under reputed advocates of Supreme Court, High Courts.
College Events
The first event celebrated at the starting of academic year is Independence Day where more than 100 feet long flag is hoisted. Swachta abhiyan is done. Celebration of Independence Martrys Birth Aniversary. Every year a College Fest is conducted.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The college fee structure is feasible. If we compare to other college it has the least fees. And the facility provided by the college is quite good. We have food court where more than 300 students can eat at a time.
Fees and Financial Aid
The college provides scholarship to the meritorious students who had got above 90% marks. Recently all the toppers of batch had been awarded 10000/- Rs. Scholarship by Chancellor. Also the college had provided the 26% rebate to all the student who has Uttarakhand Domicile.
Campus Life
The college conducts extracurricular activites to enhance the students skill from time to time. Various competitions are conducted by the college such as Moot Court Competition, RTI drafting competition, sports competition etc.
Hostel Facilities
I am residing in hostel since my First year. The hostel infrastructure is quite good. We have Cold drinking water with RO. An open big room with alimrah, study table of good quality, and chair. The mess food is also good but not always.
Alumni/Alumna
All the students whether alumni or senior or junior are very cooperative. They are ready to help every student who need them irrespective of any senior-junior ego. Alumni of college are also helpful in providing guidance and future goals.
Admission
Firstly i had registered myself online on the university portal. After than a call had been received by me regarding my registration. When the process is completed they had issued a list of students who had been selected for admission based on CLAT Score as well as there 12th result.
Faculty
The faculty is very cooperative and the classes are being run at the time alloted. The college totally prohibits BUNK of any class. Thus the aim of the college is that all the students that had come to learn must get the knowledge.
