Best thing is our college is in the north campus of delhi university
Complete engagement through peer learning and events
College has 2 ground for play area for cricket football basketball etc

Course Curriculum Overview

The BCA curriculum is decent with good basics, but needs more industry-relevant topics like AI and cloud computing and I also think it will start after 3rd sem. Practical exposure is good, but exams feel frequent and slightly rushed.

Campus Life

Overall experience was not that bad. They had onam festival dj night freshers day. They have a lot of booked about 5000 books. We have smart boards in every classroom. They give 45 mins of play time in a day and 3 times a week. Yeah our seniors do have a social group, clubs and also student portal

Admission

I applied to St. Joseph’s and Kristu Jayanti but didn’t get approved. HKBK reached out, explained the benefits, and offered a lower fee, so I chose it. Admission was simple and fast. I went there early for the addmission so they didn't have me write the exam.

Faculty

Faculties are new but quite cooperative and approachable.the student to faculty ratio is fair. Some teachers are very supportive, especially for the practical subjects. The course structure is okay, with 2 internals and one semester end exam per subject. exams are moderately difficult but manageable if study regularly.

Night Life

Canteen is my favourite hangout spot don't have late night activity have big gym to practice. Campus timings are 8:00 morning till 5:00 noon. Cafeteria and cricket ground. Are is not that safe because pg's ,room are there

I will rate my curriculum 4 out of 5 as a NEP batch student we were introduced to Trending courses like AI Cybersecurity, etc but the most important thing is hands on experience or the practical work is more beneficial

Students become eligible for campus placements from the 6th semester onwards. The college invites companies from IT services, startups, and core technology domains. Some of the companies that usually visit include mid-level software firms and service-based companies, offering roles such as software developer, data analyst, and testing engineer. The highest package offered recently was around 10 LPA and the average package is about 6LPA. Nearly 60–70% of students get placed every year. After completing my degree, I plan to secure a job in the IT or AI field and later pursue higher studies.

Placement Experience:

From the last year of the college which means from 5th and 6th semester the students become eligible for campus placements. Wipro Deloitte Empower [24]7 Cognizant Molecular Connections Pt Imt Bicon TCS and many more companies do come. I exactly dont know the no of offers made exactly. There are no offical records about the placements in past two years of BCA or they have not updated about placements yet but in 2022 the highest package was around 3.8 lac and the average package was around 1.8lac to 2.5 lac.The percentage of students placed in BCA is comparitevely low. My plans after completing the degree is to complete my Masters.

Placement Experience:

Students will be eligible for internships from the fourth sem of their course. There are many big companies who have visited the campus and made really good offers but if you want a good package the level of difficulty to get into this will also be high. The average package for BCA is 3,00,000 per annum. As per University information their placement rate is 91 percent. After getting the degree I'll be looking for a good company to work for and gain my knowledge.
