College environment is very good .it is fully vented , full greenery. It is surrounded by trees forest , industries are nearby . Cyber hub gurgaon is nearby also delhi ncr is also close. Helpful. Skillful and polite staff . College has a good ground

Dislikes

Not a very good campus life as roaming in campus is not allowed

Course Curriculum Overview

I will rate my course curriculum on the scale of 10 is 8.5 . As they need to improve in some aspects like minor degree .some teachers not take it seriously .8.5 for their real life application in btech they teach dbms ,os ,c language,c++ java etc.

Campus Life

Fest name of our college is Amifest. It is held in February or march every year . One other fest which is organised is autumn carnival which is held in August. Library has a variety of books . related to every course and competitive exam . Magzine, newspaper and spiritual books are also there.Technical support is also good. Clubs in college are techniki, hachteck etc other students welfare are there like sakaar , allegories etc

Admission

I got offers from other nearby college but i choose Amity University because is it neraby my house and it has good reputation in nearby area because of off campus placement record their curriculum and campus life . There is no specific exam to get admission. U just need to complete your 12 th class

Faculty

Very Good faculty to students ratio . Multiple faculty for single subject are present in university.They are approachable and they are ready to help student even on mobile . They try to do their best .Exam are moderated level and they ask relevant questions.Marking scheme is also nice .

Interview Experience

Our English professor organize a GD in our class as a activity in which have to discuss about advantages and disadvantage of sport originate in india eg( kabbadi, wrestling etc) i have to defend the fact that we should play all types of games . We have to prepare this topic within 5 minutes and our group highest number of marks in it.

Night Life

College has a very nice gym with all the machine and equipment. It also has two cafeteria. Has a library Hostel timings are early morning to 9:30pm. Campus timing are also same .inside hangout places are jc ,hastage bowlywood

Affordable B.Tech College with Decent Academics and Campus Life

Placement Experience:

placements at my college are decent but not extremely high like top engineering institutes. College has a placement cell that workds to connect student swith companies and prepeare them for the recruitment process. They orgarnize activities such as resume-building workshopsm aptituted training, mock interviews, soft-skills sessions to help students become more confidebt before palcements. Students usually become eligible for campus placements from the 7th semester of B.tech program. During this time, companies start visiting the campus for recruitment drives and placement interviews. before that student are encouraged to complete internships and improve their technical skills so they better prepared when placement season starts. some of the companies that have visited the campus in recent years include companies from the IT and service sector such as TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, and a few smaller software and startup companies. These companies mainly hire students for roles like software developer, system engineer, technical support engineer, and trainee engineer. the highest package offered in recent year has been around 6-8 LPA, usually offered by a good tech company or startup. Average package is around 3-4 LPA. while the package are not extremely high, they still provide a good starting point for fresh graduates entering the IT industry. In terms of placement percentage around 30-40% of students who actively participate in placements manag to get placed through campus drives. some students also prefer to apply for jobs off-campus which can sometimes lead to better oppportunities depending on their skills and projects.

NIT Kurukshetra - An Institute of National Importance

Placement Experience:

The college offers internships to the students from 3rd year onwards and students become eligible for the placements from the 4th year of college. The companies that visited this time to our college were Microsoft, Google, Deloitte, nab, swiggy and many more. I am planning to target the on campus placement.

From 7th semester students are eligible to sit in the placement rounds A lot of companies visit our college Highest package in 2024-25 session is 63.12LPA and average package for the college is 13.21LPA and median package is 10 LPA Placements are 85.90 percent students are placed out of elegible students for placements I would be like to work in govt sector or private companies

Placemts over here are okayish i would say , but the thing is that mostly govt exam aspirants come here so that they can study peacefully without thinking much about attendance an all , there are few clubs for tech enthusiast as well , and you will eventually know students who are into coding and stuff because they are very few . 7-8 Companies are visiting during this recession time , mostly service based , With the avg package of 5 lpa .

About Amity

I took admission in galgotia university but my admission cancelled because of my percentage but I am grateful that Amity University haryana . In this college only above 60% marks are required. 60% in physics, chemistry, maths and English overall 60% . There is a admission test for admission but if have given jee mains exam then don't have to give admission test. Admission process is easy and comfortable.
