As college is affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University, curriculum is regularly updated to ensure market trends and avoid outdated syllabus. Subjects to mention includes Thermodynamics, Strength of Material, Theory of Machine, Fluid Mechanics, etc Faculties are well qualified.

As I got passout in year 2020 it was a tough phase for whole Mechanical industry. For Mechanical it was tough for placements hardly got 3 LPA only for 2-3 students. 2 students got placements in TCS through campus recruitment. For placement almost all remaining students tried on their own and got placed in some good companies. As the treand was of computer and It Industry. Many students got placements in the IT companies off-campus.

College fees are approimately, 75,000 per year. 2nd year - 68,000 3rd year - 72,000 4th year - 75,000 There are various scholarships for students which gives relaxation about 50% to 80% fees. Scholarship include EBC, TFWS, Scholarships for SC, ST, Panjabrao, etc

Along with academic, this college has various extra curricular activities. Have different clubs like Coding club, NSS unit and departmental clubs, etc. also the best part is about annual gathering which occurs for 3 days with different shows. Along with it we have days like traditional day, Shiv Jayanti, Bollywood day, etc

Girls hostel is inside the campus so is very safe for girls and has 24*7 guards in the campus. Boys hostel is near to college 200 meters near by. Boys hostel food is good as it is directly connected to college canteen. It has good montly quartly packages also had daily basis food service. Registration is easy but has limited seats for students and is given on 1st come 1st serve basis. 40,000 per year fees

Got admission through CAP rounds. Also wanted a college which is afflicted to Savitribai Phule Pune University and also DY Patil Group is big and reknowned. I wanted to take admissions to D Y Patil College of Engineering Akurdi Pune but cut off was above 80 percentage so I took admission to DY Patil School Of Engineering Academy Ambi Pune

College is mid oldest and is good at Academics. It is affilated to Savitribai Phule Pune University. I got admission through CAP round. Cutoff was 65 percentage for general. There are 4 exams in each sem. ISE 1 and ISE 2 each carry 30 marks, ESE 80 marks.

Night life is good in the Talegaon which is very nearby to the college around 2.5 kms. Girls college hostel is inside of college campus and inside campus also life is good as campus is green and big also students can go outside till 10 pm There are many food outlets and stall available for students. There are around 2 theraters near by to the college and tickets are less as it is located outside of pune city around 20 kms
