Course Curriculum Overview

4

B.Sc (hons)Agriculture provid comprehensive understanding of agriculture science , practical knowledge, and career opportunities that why it's a good choice for a student. Agriculture is the basis of our country practical training and research experience making them well prepared to phase modern day agriculture needs. B.sc agriculture is a 4 year Under Graduate program and has eight semester and each semester exam were held in every six month the exam level was moderate although some students got backs in exam because it has lengthy syllabus to cover-up.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fee Structure: I opted B.sc agriculture course which is a 4 year Under Graduate degree program and it has 8 semester. The Tuition fee for this course is 10000 rupees per semester that means 20000 rupees per year. Other fees such as hostel fees , library charges are not included. I don't have hostel so I don't know about their fees structure. The Tuition fee is same for all categories students. UP government scholarship will be provided to students and financial aid also provided to students if needed

Campus Life

3

My college have different faculties and each of them have different social aspects and club involvement. There are not much events were organised in my college but annual sports day and sports competition were organised in the month of October. Each faculty have their own library and there is one central library situated in Education Department library have preety much of every book that a student needs with regards their subjects and social life. An indoor sports room were present in Law Department where you can play variety of games such as pool , air hockey, table tennis, Play station and many more. And outdoor gym and sports ground were also located inside the campus. Their was not such students group or clubs present which affect social life of students.

Admission

I gave CUET and ICAR exam and I got admission letter from Delhi University and Banda University of Agriculture and Technology but due to some family reasons I didn't accept both of the colleges offer and I selected this college because it offers my prefered course which is B.Sc (hons) Agriculture and it is near to my home town . Admission Process: To take admission in krishnarpit group of institutions you need to give the CUET exam and have to participate in the councelling process, either you can take direct admission on your class 12th merit based.

Faculty

3

The faculty to student ratio is much lower for students almost one faculty member is assigned for atleast 30 students. But students relationship with their facilities are not too bad. I am a science student but I do like law faculty because they have proper class schedule and teachers for their subjects. I don't like science faculty because they don't have a proper laboratory for practical knowledge and lack of teachers. Semester exam are conducted every six months and internal exam were taken three times before a semester exam. Exam difficulty level was moderate and normally 2 to 4 % people got back in their perticular subjects . The curriculum of my course was made to focus on real life practices but due to lack of teachers it was not so relevant.

Night Life

3

I never got a chance to experience night life of my college because I didn't opt hostel but my friend do and they don't have much fun of night life because the warden was super strict. The Gym was located near education department just next to play ground which do not have modern gym equipments. A little bit of raging were done by senior in night time but they are not so bad . Girls were strictly restricted to go out of hostel after 7:00 pm and the timing for breakfast, lunch and dinner were also fixed for students. The guards were their 24*7 so it is safe to roam around campus.

Other Applied Colleges

Delhi University - [DU] | Bachelor of Science [B.Sc] {Hons.} (Biomedical Sciences)

I prefer B.sc Agriculture rather than B.Sc in biomedical science

Placement Experience:

Students get placed in starting of 4th year that is 7th semester. The companies that often visit are pradhan co.pvt.ltd, seed companies and drone companies also companies like Nestle and britannia visit for placements. Highest ctc in 2025 was 19LPA and the avg was 7.5 LPA these data are also available on nirf site. Nearly 30% students get placed because remaining prefer higher studies over placement, those who are financially weak consider placement. My plans are different, I'm preparing for CAT and want to persue mba in agribusiness management from iim ahmedabad or iim lucknow.
