Remarks

Overall experience which I can tell is good. Out of five star I can give three.

Entrance Preview

Engineering Entrance Examination. Jee main n 12th std or Hsc from Maharashtra board or any equivalent board. Minimum 50% is required

Course Curriculum Overview

Course is Full time 4 years duration. First year basic subjects are there, Maths physic chemistry c++. Second, third n final year core Electronic subject. Faculty are excellent

Internships Opportunities

Course is Full time so internship is not offered, day scholar students are required. College is primarily located at Mid of Mumbai so easily accessible

Placement Experience

Pool campus placements n college level placements are offered. Companies such as Infosys, Igate, ApLab, can Gemini, Voltas Comes every year n about 75% students are place n remaining goes for higher education

College Events

Event title "purple" which is celebrated every year on month of September, activities such as lan gaming, sports, fashion show, Technical Events such as circuit mounting, Robo war are there

Fee Structure And Facilities

Yearly around 85000/- fees. Each year fees is increase by shikshan shamiti. In total around 3.5 lakh are there. Exam fees are about 450/-. Others development fees are included in normal structure

Maharashtra government offers scholarship from National scholarship portal. Minority scholarship is there around 25000/-. Disabled n girls have separate scholarship at www.dte.org

Campus Life

Competition are really tough because of prime location, as many students participate from different colleges so events runs out successful n small campus is there but many gardens are close from college

Hostel is located about 4 km from college location, hostel provides breakfast, lunch and dinner. Food is not so great but eatables. Wifi facilities is there

There is no alumni network all r connected by facebook n WhatsApp. Due to advance technology every one's are connected on fingertip i.e. your mobile phone

Semester wise exams are there. In month of December n may exams are conducted by Mumbai university. Paper and results both are declared by Mumbai university

Placement Experience:

Honestly the placement is good in college but student's are not able to get that placement because they don't work on their skills . Then how could college place them although College does their best in placement. Almost 80% students get placement in our college .the highest package last year was 12.5 lakhs per annum. The average Package is almost about 3 lakhs per annum.

One of the best college in Mumbai

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements in the final year that is 7th semester . A lot of companies visit the campus like TCS , INFOSYS , WIPRO etc batch of 2025 got 363 offers . The highest package was 16 LPA and the avg is 4.37 LPA , placement percentage is 74% . I am planning to opt for MBA after BTECH

The Real Experience: Strengths and Shortcomings of PCCOE

Placement Experience:

The college has a dedicated Training and Placement(T&P) cell and has regular recruitment drives that work to place students in companies where they will be values highly. Each year, 600-700 students are placed from all the branches. More than 300+ companies visit but the ones that hire are limited such as TCS, Capgemini, Infosys, Tech Mahindra which generally are mass recruiters that look for employees that will work for 3LPA or 4.5LPA. The highest packages go to about 30 to 40 LPA domestic and 61 LPA foreign but it is very rare to get a placement like this and requries considerable effort on the side of the student as well. Average package is 7 LPA for CS/IT branch; 5 LPA for electronics and telecommunications branch; 4 LPA for mechanical. My plan after getting the degree is working for 1-2 years while simultaneously pursuing masters.

My experience at Bharati Vidyapeeth.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible to apply for placements from the seventh semester. Many Mass recruiters offer jobs to students in our college, some of them being- TCS, Cognizant, Accenture, ICICI Lombard and Capgemini Ai. The average package offered is a around 6LPA and usually the highest package is about 12LPA. Around 65-80% of the students get placed directly from college. I plan to pursue a career in my field after graduation.
