Remarks

Every thing over there was fine and it is good level of college in uttar pradesh.

Entrance Preview

UPCET is mode of entrance and i got admission over there through direct admission at that time there was no entrance for diploma holder entry. Nower days they conduct LEET examination to acquire such admissions.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course structure was quite well design and the level of UP tech university is quite well and equivalent to IIT. Electives over there includes embedded systems,GIS and remote sensing,wireless communication and advance instrumentation system.

Internships Opportunities

HCl,wipro and satyam was came over there. At that time no companies provide stipend to students during internship.

Placement Experience

Placements and job opportunities in the same college was enormous. The average package provided over there was 2.5 lakh per year.

College Events

Functions celebrated over there was technical festivals,annual days,farewell and freshers.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure is feasible with several scholarships. At that time fees was 19000 per semester,hostel 25000 annual.

Scholarships are provided by college along with MHRD and AICTE.

Gender ratio 1:1 hostel parties was there but limited workshop quite well arranged with knowledge pills religion secular politics ok quality ok.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel and facilities are adequate. Mess along with fooding was quite awesome. There is facility of single,double and triple room types.

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna

Overall experience was well and its and glorious experience in terms of becoming an engineer from SLIET. Senior are helpful.

Exam Structure

Examination internal and external structure was strict and its necessary for creating well known engineers.

Faculty over their is well qualified and quality of education is up to required level. Teaching standards are quite well and the same is pertaining to university protocols.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Since curriculum was given by AKTU itself, colleges only has the power to choose elective subjects- Few subjects were my fav and helped me alot in lot's of different scenerios - like EDC,Network Theory and ofc VLSI Design was my fav. For ECE students - university shd mandate Satellite communication and VLSI Technology a compulsory as it's a kind of core subjects and in every PSU as well as govt exams , questions from this subject always been asked by authorities. More faculties staff's are required.

"Disciplined environment for serious students"

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum provide better understanding of the the concept mentioned. Also it is very helpful for competitive exams like gate. The Full course is highly recommended for mechanical engineering. The only thing is that, they are skipping some important topics which was very helpful for students.

Placement Experience:

After 7th sem for b.tech student and 5th sem for diploma student is ready for campus placement. The company is visited in my collage is Mahindra, Infosis, Tata, Maruti Suzuki , TCS ,Gallent.Their are near about 80% students are placed. After getting the degree I want to become a successful Mechanical Engineer.

Good Faculty but not so good placement

Placement Experience:

Companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, HCL, Adani are the top recruiters here but many other companies also visit here. The Faculty of Engineering and Technology has its own dedicated placement cell other than Central placement cell of University of Lucknow. Approximately 70% students at placed in every batch with a median package of 3.5 LPA, and Highest package of 12 LPA.
