Yes, at the initiation most of the Universities release their application form for providing admission in different fields.
It depends upon the course whether you have to sit for the Entrance exam or not. Talking about IP university for any course you have to participate in the entrance Examination, But for MBBS admissions you have to achieve Good Rank in NEET.

The admissions process for D Pharma courses is either based on entrance exams or merit. For admission to MBBS, qualifying marks in NEET is required. The application for admission to graduate and post-graduate programs should be sent to the Admissions Coordinator at the institute. The application form can either be collected from the institute or downloaded from the website. The candidate is required to produce original certificates, documents, character certificates, statements of requisite percentage of marks of the qualifying examination at the time of reporting for admission.
