Likes

The college provides good education and the faculties know things and also good staffs are there some them
Good infrastructure we could access anything from there.The students are good
Unlike other college here seniors are very friendly they would help us if anything happens and they are good in mind also

Dislikes

Some of the staffs behave like we did something to them before they behave to us like. Prisoners like we did some crime
The securities they behave to us like we did something or stole their things they are the most annoying people here they behave like they are the principal here they won't even lets us out for having food even if the HOD gives permission
The securities shout at us for nothing and treats us like garbage

Course Curriculum Overview

In my opinion the curriculum should be changed because it is very old and we study things that aren't that necessary for the subjects that we took we are still studying the old things. The exams that KTU puts is very hard they says the date of exam very unexpected

Internships Opportunities

Technopark ,Infosys ,royal Enfield these companies gets us for intership only few gets this offer and we should pay a fee before so that we could get internship.

Fees and Financial Aid

The overall fees is about 75000rs I got it here through merit. Some of the students who's lower caste gets to study here by paying just 1000rs whole year. My fees was about 35000 per semester like that total 75k. But my friends got here through management and they only have 40000rs because they are Christians (Marthoma).

Admission

I applied many colleges then my friends told me to come over here they were already joined here through management and I thought it would be great if I study here they were my childhood friends from schools they were 3 of them AND ALSO the college looks good from outside so I joined here

Faculty

There are two series exam and one sem exam every 6 months likewise 8 semesters are there (4yrs).This two series exam determines the internal marks.The faculties are good in teaching but they are very rude towards us like we did something to them they always shouts at us for nothing and even for a small mistake they calls our guardian.

Night Life

There's nothing like night life here the college is located in trivandrum there we gets many good memories and night life but they won't let us outside after 6pm even in sunday.

An honest college review

Placement Experience:

From the 7th semester students become eligible for placements. The top recruiters in it sectors are Infosys, TCS, Cognizant, Tata Elxsi, Accenture, Oracle, Amazon, Wipro, UST GLOBAL, IBM. The top recruiters in other sectors are Mu Sigma, Ernst and young,, federal Bank, h and r block. Most of the placement are in it and related sectors. The average package is 4 to 6 lpa.The highest package is 34 lpa in Amazon. In 2024, 35 percent of students got placed. I will look to get campus placement in a reasonable package or I will try to get jobs by other means.

Campus placements are highly volatile taking the stats from over the past three years there has been an up trend as well a down trend, I hope I will get placed through on campus interviews, the highest package of this year was for two graduates who got into IBM with 22 lakhs per aanum, there are few who didn't get into any of the companies while there were others who got int Amazon and other reputated companies, if I do not get into a reputed company through my college on campus placements the. College Feels Like Home

Placement Experience:

The placement department in our college is great and is always trying to bring good companies to the college. The placement training starts from semester 7. Our top recruiter include Infosys, TCS, Wipro, NocoBD, Delloite, etc. and our mechanical, civil, EEE,ECE all got placements with avg of 4lpa.The highest package where 12 Lpa for SAP. My plans is to get a good job and lead a stable life.

They provide placement packages from a minmum of 4lpa to 12 lpa.. But most of the students got 4 lpa packages, it is very difficult to crack higger packages, but most of the cs students got placement andd students of other departments palcement is not good.
