Likes
- The things which I like about my college is that the staff is support all the teachers and the office staff also. When I had any difficulty I used reach them and they are always available for solving my queries interestingly.
- Teachers are very cautious about whether students are attentive in lecture or not . They always strive to give best out of them .
- Teachers of my department that is computer engineering department was very supportive and they promote students to participate in extracurricular activities for the entire development of the student. The want there students to be industry ready.
Dislikes
- The college had a uniform , which made me feel like I am still studying in school , also the uniform was so boring that know one likes to wear but still had to wear because it was compulsory.
- There were many extracurricular activities which didn't like participating would be worthful , but sometimes it was a compulsion for us to attend the seminar ets.
- The college department was very strict for first and second year students as, there name will be included in defaulter list due to less attendance and if your name has came three times in this list than strict action will be taken against student.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course that I have selected was Computer Engineering. I selected this course because it has no field work also it is more in demand then Information Technology Engineering. Computer Engineering has more detailed knowledge about hardware and software also it requires more coding. Now, talking about syllabus the computer engineering diploma syllabus is decided by MSBTE , the syllabus is fine it involves bothe theoretical and practical knowledge. But I think the course includes more electronic subjects in detail like EEC,DTE,MIC etc . Studying these subjects in detail is unnecessary rather more about core subjects and practical knowledge should be included. Examination and there timetable is fine.
Fees and Financial Aid
My category is SC and also my family income is within the mentioned limit so, there is a scholarship to which I am eligible and under this scholarship my course fees was being paid. There are different fees structures for the students belonging to different backward classes like EWS , NT etc. Also there is a concession for the students if there parents belongs to defense background. My other friends of open category has paid the whole amount as they did not fit in any criteria or scholarship, the amount was something nearly 68,000. For further the details the students willing to take admission in college can check the scholarships provided by government according to their caste, income etc.
Campus Life
There are fest in the odd sem like 1st, 3rd and 5th there are about one week in the fest , includes traditional day, saree day, bollywood day , singing and dancing competition miss saree queen and mr tie king on the subsequent days of the event . Also there were sports events like kabaddi, cricket etc and gaming competitions. Also all through the sem at some intervals there were extracurricular activities like poster making completions , paper presentation,debate competition and project making competition ,guest seminar on technology and career.
Admission
For this course I was very much willing to apply and get this college only because it was perfect for me in all aspects. There are other diploma colleges which I did put in option form but just for formality or kind of a thing.
Faculty
I think there are only two three teachers that were main and permanent maybe, otherwise some teachers were keep changing . So, overall all of them have same approach towards students , they evaluate student not only in academic marks but also there overall behaviour. Sometimes I felt they are very strict.
Night Life
As the college is in Thane there are various places to hang out like talav pali, thane market, vivana mall etc. I did not opted for any hostel facility there are no hostel provided by college however students can take PG together, about night life I think the area surrounding college is safe however I would not suggest any girl to be there after 7 pm. The surrounding areas of the is acquired by various cafes and food stalls .
Other Applied Colleges

I didn't opt for this college because it was far away from my place where I stay , if did took this college then I had to travel for about one and half hour daily by train , which was very inconvenient for me at that time .
