Likes
- The peer group is very friendly and you don't have to worry about ragging or bullying the staff is friendly and the campus is filled with lush green which is maintained pretty well the campus is pretty big and spacious and still has a lot of space
- The campus is huge and is filled with lush green cover it has two canteens and houses monkes,fruits and cows the college conducts technical fests very frequently and the management is very supportive the environment is pretty social friendly
- The faculty's experience is average and good they provide good mentorship and hear to the students problem
Dislikes
- The campus placements are not so promising and few faculty teachers are not so experienced the teaching is average
- The exterior of the campus looks amazing but the interior is just white coated and looks very dull and soul less
- Internship chances are pretty low the fests could have been hosted at a bigger scale
Course Curriculum Overview
The college follows vtu so the course related subjects are outdated and not so useful but they provide good basics for the new ones at cs I personally choose cs as it was trending and has a good future The curriculum is average and does not prepare u for the future much More internship opportunities ted talks and proper guiding to students would be very helpful We have 3 internals per sem and they appear with the frequency of 20 days between we have 2 lab exams and their difficulty level is mid
Internships Opportunities
Internship opportunities are very low and to crack them u need to be an exceptional talent though the college's supports ideas and projects of the students and even fund then at times the clg has labs and are hugely invested in atal incubation centre and robotics development they have n number of labs for specific researches
Placement Experience
Honestly the placement picture is looking pretty bad and I have hopes it will get better the placements for the year 23 was very good and few students made it to other countries but the last year placement was looking very bad and it did kill my hopes of campus placements
Fees and Financial Aid
I got into this college through comedk and the comedk fees was 232000 per year which sums up to 920000 for four years to complete this course the cet fee is 125000 per year and the management fees is 400000 per year the college offers multiple scholarships to girls and to obtain the scholarship is very easy and they pay huge
Campus Life
The infrastructure is pretty good for a tier 3 college the clg environment is socially active they conduct many technical fests and cultural fests are pretty low clg is thriving for improvement and it is visible the library is accessible for all and has all the necessary materials the sports and cultural activities are supported a lot we have clubs for every branch and English forum for the literature freaks
Admission
Personally I could get into a better college with great placement but my admission took place through comedk and every college has their own comedk fees structure so I had to opt for this college I know few seniors who study here and I honestly don't regret my decision to join this college the only drawback is it is too far and it takes me a lot of time to travel to the college U can join this college through entrance exams like cet and comedk or the management quota u have to appear for cet compulsory though
Faculty
Per semester we have three internals and two lab internals the grading for these tests are very lenient and good the lab exams conducted are extremely good even if we don't get the eligibility criteria for the semester exams teachers are friendly and helpful at times of need they are very approachable and supporting often guide u very well almost everyone clears the internals and only very few are witheld with the semester exam
Night Life
The college nightlife is dead the college has two canteens and they have newly innagrauted badminton courts the college has volleyball courts,basketball courts and cricket practice nets snooker table and table tennis the clg has plans to build a new swimming pool and they are constructing new buildings for infrastructure developments the hostel stay is average and expensive the college is located at the outskirts of the city and doesn't have much hangout places the locality is safe to roam at night
