The college is worth joining.

The course curriculum is good , it really trains the student well. Being passionate about programming and technology i chosed this program. The program doesnt really prepares you for the real world but it does prepares you for the academics , knowledge, trends etc. The course can improved if they focus on practical knowledge more then the theory part. The frequency and timings of exams are on point no less and no more.

The campus does provide placement in college , but i would suggest do not depend on college. Be out of the crowd , gain skills and knowledge of your field of interest in first 2 years of college, get an internship in 3rd year of college this will make your CV stand out of almost 90 percent of other students. This will help you getting a better job in on campus and off cumpus placement both. The campus will also force you to apply and join for any company which are comming in college, but you should stick to a specific niece. Do not go for sales and buisness development.

There will be a security deposit of 10,000 which will be only refunded after graduation. For the first year the fee will be 1.3 lakh For the next 2 years it will be 1.2 lakhs around and for the 4th and the final year it will be 1.17 lakhs including institution fee, medical insurance and others . You can get scholarship be applying for a state exam. The hostel fee is not included in it.

Talking about the campus life, it is overall good good but it is majorly depended on your environment and your friends. Do not involve in fights and politics i repeat. Clubs : there are various clubs and society like dance, drama, film and media, literature etc and there are also some tech clubs. Clubs will help you alot in making friends , interacting with others, and for your personal growth. Do not involve in politics to be honest. Most of the member and seniors have toxicity.

In AKTU lacknow , if i compare all the colleges , this college was nearest to my home and is really better than all of them , this college have rating A++ by NAAC. IPEC has better infrastructure better facility and better connectivity. The admission process is simple , the candidate must have appeared for the competive exams like JEE and state entrance exam. And if stident has not given any entrance exam then there will be a personal interview and admission on the basis of merit.

The faculty to student ration is good. But maximum of the faculty doesnt help you the way you want there work is just to teach and go. The faculty is not approachable and it is very biased. The student well fair coorditor is really good, she listens to every situation and problem and have concerns for every student. Some of the faculty from CSE department like Alpana ma'am are not really good, they teach well but maintain a personal grudge for the students unnecessarily. Talking about exams initially there are 2 sessional exams of 45 marks which are easy level with maximum 2 to 3 units of syllabus then there are pre-university test with full syllabus consist of 100 marks and are good for university final exams preparations. Final is university exams which are the main exams.

I didnt had good marks in my competitive exam so tried for direct merit based admission. They told me to give a personal interview. There was no pattern , the teacher asked very simple questions from random physics maths etc. The questions were soo simple about newton's law, integration etc. I wasn't prepared for the PI, it was also random.

Night life outside campus is not good because the college is in ghaziabad and obviously its not safe. Cafes, Gym library etc are closed after 6. There's no hangout space in college for night. U can just go outside of campus visit market or travel through metro to a good place. Also you have to take permission every time.
