GL Bajaj: Honest Review from a 2nd year CSE student

My early curiosity towards the computer related how it used to perform Everything made me choose this branch, such as including artificial intelligence in it

Placement is good for the college, I can see everyday companies coming and recruiting students, right now recently amazon came for SDE role ( 50 lpa ) so such things also excites me to work hard and get good placement

The first year fees was 161000 and I paid it via DD(demand draft) from second year the fees was 151000 and it can be paid part by part via college website, other students who came by counsiling and had good ranks for FW( fee waiver ) branches and they only had to pay 61000 ( for 1st year ) and from 2nd year only 51000 , the students belonging to Uttar Pradesh and came through counsiling can also apply for UP scholarship which varies from category based

Campus size is small , campus life is limited , their is 3 canteen in college, one basic common canteen one mba and one bba canteen , their are many clubs in our colleges , one for each branch and many more

In 1st year I took college hostel and it was fairly okay , not too good , I will rate it 6 out of 10 , food was okay but their was a news of getting cockroach once in their food , meal quality is okay

Personally telling I did not got much options to choose but still I had other colleges in knowledge park greater Noida, but comparing them and seeing the past records I chose this college because of its good placements

Faculty to students ratio is 60:1 , faculty is good and supportive, they ask students if they have any doubt they can come and ask them between the college hours , their are 4 total exams used to happen in each sem , 3 internals including Sessionals and Pre University and 1 external

No , we did not faced any group discussion, I got admission through counsiling where I had to came to college for my documents verification and paying the fees , a week before college was starting , that's all

Being in greater noida we don't usually have a good night time here , but the evening is very busy specially in the near jagat market where every student use to come out in the evening and chill with friends
