Likes

The college's library is very beautiful and huge. Every student gets the wifi access in the campus and every class has projector and ac which is a plus point.
The campus is full of plants flowers and peacocks which is very mesmerizing.

Course Curriculum Overview

the course curriculum is 50-50 as it has all the things needed for a student of bioinformatics should know but there's much more things to be added, more practical based and both the course curriculum and the method of teaching should be improved.

Class Size: 13Course Fees: INR 55000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure of per year is between 50,000 to 55,000. Every semester we have to pay the fees which includes all the tuition fees, the lab fees and everything. Students from UP board gets some scholorship which i have no knowlegde.

Campus Life

there are some fests that take place in the auditorium organized by different departments and there are sports tournaments as well. The library has various books and is fully air contioned and has systems/ pcs as well where one can easily study. there is a gym and various clubs as well like dance etc.

Admission

After giving the cuet pg exam, i searched for all the colleges having MSc in bioinformatics and BBAU was one of them and according to my marks i could only get here. I could have got into other colleges too but every college's counselling process varies and during my admission also, i got into this college only via spot admission.

Faculty

The faculty members are helpful and have a very good relationship with each student. The disadvantage is that my department has just started just 2 years back and due to this, there are way more things that are needed to be changed.

Night Life

The demerit is that the girls hostel gets looked up at 8 p.m. the canteen, sports ground is a favourite hangout spoyt. There is no timing for boys hostel. There is a shop too in the campus which also is a good hangout spot. There are various cafes and stall in the college diameter.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Yes tha curriculum are well structured and good for every exams because I have to go to civil field that's why I chose due to there interdisciplinary studies and connection to every exams and filed The curriculum is good and prepare for rural society and also provide further research opportunities for future in the rural technology and society The curriculum needs to be for technical and entrepreneurship based There is 3 hour exam for semester and the level of questions paper in exam is moderate to hard .

This is a postgraduate course so I took admitted to this course because I want to become a lecturer (Professor). So after doing this I want to pursue a doctorate degree. Teacher student ratio in this course is 1:60 In this college, there are both permanent faculty and guest faculty. Permanent faculty has better teaching skills than the guest faculty because the majority of them are students who pursue doctorate degrees under the guidance of this college's Professors. They generally lack experience. The teaching method is excellent for permanent faculty. Exams are held timely. One is held in the month of December and the other in May. There are four semesters in this course. The paper level is difficult. One needs a descriptive knowledge of the subject to score good marks in examinations. Previous year papers can provide a lot of help.
