I am first year student so i have not too much idea about it . And this college provide some internship offers to the students . And our senior gets there internship offers and many projects they work on it we take idea's form them .

Mangala private limited , MRF tyers, ICIC bank , kion group , vypar , intelact solutions this companies are visited to this college and average package of this college is 3lakh per annum . The highest package of this college ise 3 lakhs per annum

Fees and Financial Aid

I pursue my bachelor's of technology in computer science engineering from college of engineering bhubaneswar and my course fees is 1 lakh per year and since even though i belong to OBC category so i didn't get any scholarship or financial aid .

Campus Life

The donation camps and ,tech fest , annual sports and donation camps for physically challenged people and AIDS awareness camps , every Saturday we have club activities and in this college we have five club dance club sports club and literacy club , technical club

Hostel Facilities

The hostel rooms are good but they provide us open shelf for luggage and placing are things instead of providing us cupboard . The meal quality of the hostel is too much bad it's taste ise not so good .

Hostel Fee: INR 78000 per year

Admission

Due to high of fees that college where apply for addmission . So i didn't go that college and .the i choose the college of engineering bhubaneswar and the addmission process of those college is selected based on the JEE marks and Ojee marks

Faculty

The faculty is very good and experienced .the teaching of faculties is nice and understandable .the exam are conducted by the biju patniak university of technology . The relationship between students and faculties are good

Night Life

We not have any , gym or cafeteria ,in this college .but we have good libary in this college , in hostel we have two slots for visiting outside the college first slot is at morning from 9:00am to 12:00pm and second slot is 1:00pm to 5:00 pm

A Complete Review of KIIT University from a Student's View

Placement Experience:

The placement opportunities at KIIT are quite good, especially for us the CSE students.The eligibility criteria for campus placements starts from 7th semester. Many well-known companies visit the university every year like TATA Consultancy Services , Infosys, Wipro, Accenture and Capgemini.The average package offered is around 6-8 lakhs and highest package offered around per yr avg is 50-60 lakhs.The percentage of students getting placements is around 90% plus in average per yr. After completing my degree, i plan to work in software industry and gain more experience in the field of technology

KIIT:place where students chase their dreams.

Placement Experience:

From 6th semester onwards companies visit campus and recruit students for internship. This internship season goes upto entire 7th semester. Many companies like amazon Deloitte cognizant and many other startups visited the campus.highest package was 42lpa and average package for computer science was 9 lpa. Around 70 percent student got placed.i want to get a good job in a good company.

Course Curriculum Overview:

* I had chosen to do mechanical engineering because I had some bond with machines and it's designing and was also aware with the scopes of mechanical engineering. * In real world the curriculum helped me a lot and still it is helpful, currently I'm preparing for position of junior engineer and there it is quite helpful for me. * I don't think any improvement is required in the course curriculum and teaching methods as everything was good at its place and it's also the responsibility of us (students) to know our curriculum thoroughly and give our best. * Exams were conducted at an interval of 6 months and as said earlier exams conducted were moderate level not too difficult or easy and with studies it can be cleared easily

Placement Experience:

The placement is good with highest package being 19 lpa from JP Morgan to lowest is 3 lpa the average package is around 5 lpa . Students are eligible for placement tests from 6 sem as pwc comes for their launchpad program in 6th sem only. Companies like accenture, tcs, Infosys, cognizant, PWC, JP Morgan visit our college. Majority students around 82 percent gets placed in these companies. My plan after college is to work for any of these companies.

Placement Experience:

From 6th semester onwards wards students are eligible for campus placement.it provides 100% placement guaranteed to the students who were eligible and sit for the placement drive. Big tech companies like ,amazon, samsung, Capgemini,minetree,infosis,adani wlvisit the campus. The highest package offered in 52 lpa The average package in KIIT is around 6-8lpa And the lowest package offered in 3 lpa. So overall you will have a nice exposure to tech and industrial space and can grab some decent placements.
