Course Curriculum Overview

3

I choose this course because I have to do the chartered accountant course and this course syllabus is quite similar to the ca syllabus. The course helps us in financial accounting, financial analysis, data interpretation and many more. The exam difficulty level is quite moderate but the timing is not according to the paper cause it was lengthy.

Placement Experience

3

In the last year of college we are eligible for the placements and internship. In our university there is training and placement office which helps students to get placements in good companies. The percentage of placement is 60 to 70 percent approx. I am planning to go for the mba after this.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees of the college is 10000 in the first year and then we have to pay 6500 approx in the second, third and last year. There is a counselling fee of 200 which includes infrastructure development and many more. Fir the nri students the fee structure is different. There are scholarship based on our courses given by the college.

Campus Life

3

In our college we celebrate all types of festival. We celebrate the Sir Syed Day and we all have hall dinner. The hostel facilities are quite good. We have everything in our campus and in college too. Even in our hostel we have basketball court, badminton court, sports room and gym room. The canteen facility is also good and the mess food is okay okay. There are various clubs runs by students.

Hostel Facilities

3

The hostel facilities is good and the mess food is okay okay. We have hall dinner and hall week in hostel which includes diffrent type of cultures, sports day, singing day and many more. We have a basketball court, badminton court, sports room and gym room.

Admission

I gave cuet but since their results got announced late and I already paid the college fees here so I didn't do the counselling. The admission process is not that difficult. The entrance of this course is quite difficult and the cutoff is 60 to 70 marks.

Faculty

2

The faculty is not so good in our course. The way they teach is the traditional method of teaching which really bored us and makes us feel dizzy. But I really liked the teacher badruzzama siddique sir, he is really great for the students and also our maths teacher feroz sir is also good but rest of the teachers is not so good. The exam difficulty level is quite moderate. The course curriculum is quite relevant to our practical lives.

Night Life

1

I am a girl and we don't have outings of late night hangouts. But the hostel is quite big and we stroll in gardens with our friends. The greenery of our hostel is great and give us the energy to rejuvenate.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The B.Com course curriculum in my college is quite relevant and well structured. It covers core commerce subjects like accounting, business studies, and economics, which helped me choose this course. The syllabus mainly focuses on building strong theoretical fundamentals, which is useful for students planning higher studies such as M.Com, MBA, or professional courses like CA. The curriculum prepares students reasonably well for academic purposes, but there is still scope for improvement in terms of real-world exposure. More practical learning, case studies, presentations, and industry interaction would make the course more skill-oriented and career-focused. The college follows the semester system with internal and external examinations conducted regularly. The exams are of moderate difficulty level. Students who attend classes regularly, complete assignments, and study consistently can pass and score good marks.
