exam pattern : 40 % - end semester exams 60% - class test + assignments + mid exams check out the curriculum from btech ECE curriculum from google for lab we must do a project for every lab for each sem . some might go to research paper level

when you take admission, u will be assigned to a fee slab . There are generally 4 slabs . the fee varies with the campus and the course. You can check the out in amrita website. the first three slabs are scholarship based fee. while the 4 th one is non scholarship . if u dont keep up ur cgpa the fee will raise

Campus Life

moderately active campus llife actually fro past two days a olab hackathon is going on 24 hours. many events , sports , extracurriculars , movie clubs are there . Fun challenges and smalll contess are held often

Admission

applied to vit vellore i got mechanical branch with 5 lakh fee. which is too much . that is too much fee. i got in srm also there i got cyber security but heard that the collage is very disrespectful and undiciplined

Faculty

-> faculty - many are avalible -> for placement related things - refer to CIR department -> lab assistants teach better than lab in charges -> always ask your advisor or councellor for advice. THey generally refer you to appropiate people -> very approchable -> kind and sweet -> ready to help

Night Life

no night life for girls -> memebers of clubs can only stay in the campus -> at hostel gym is avalible, canteens are avallible , terrace is open tilll 9 - 9 20 pm . attendence is mandotary at night for girls . -> hangout spot s (in the morning) : campus cafe , kridhna stores, amritam , food guru , andhra ruchulu , tiruvanav stores , love sugar

Companies like Oracle, Goldman Sachs, L&T, Bajaj, Caterpillar and PSU's like BEL,HPCL and BPCL come to the college usually the coding companies offer aroung 35-40 LPA CTC and the core PSU companies offer around 17-18 LPA. Highest Package is 51 LPA and an Average Package of 12 LPA. There is a good placement cell in RIT Kottayam. From the 6th semester onwards students got placement training and career guidance classes and there are various clubs to improve your aptitude and chances to get the job through placement. The major recruiters of the campus are Oracle, Microsoft, Allianz, MRF, IDBI Bank, Infosys IBM, TCS, VVDN, WIPRO, Suntec EXPERION etc. There is about 75 % of students get placed every year. My plan after getting the degree is to go for higher studies.

When choosing a college several factors played a role in my decision to select Amma the Vishwa vidyapeethum campus from my cyber security program over other institutions applied to. Compared with other colleges I applied to 1. VIT Vellore 2. BITS Pilani 3. SRM institute of science and technology Amrita has an excellent repetition for its faculty in cyber security. The professors are experienced and have a strong academic background along with industry exposure which was highly appealing to me. Including well accepted cyber security lapse. These lamps focus on practical penetration testing ,network security ,and ethical hacking. Amrita amrutapuri is situated in a peaceful coastal area offering a conductive environment for studies the campus life is lively with several extra curricular and co curricular activities that I found very attractive.
