Night Life

5

Since 2016, the state government has banned alcohol, which means you won’t find bars or nightclubs around our college. However, that doesn’t mean our nightlife is dull! Students and locals have found alternative ways to unwind and socialize. The most popular way to spend evenings is by gathering at tea stalls, street food joints, and small cafés. These places are always buzzing with energy, as students discuss academics, politics, and everyday life over a cup of tea or snacks. Another major part of our nightlife is cultural and academic events. Colleges frequently organize debate competitions, musical nights, drama performances, and sports activities

Lalit Narayan Mithila University - [LNMU], Bachelor of Science [B.Sc] (Botany)
Reviewed on Nov 2, 2025(Enrolled 2024)

Course Curriculum Overview:

As I mentioned regarding the Botany subject, I chose Botany because I thought it would be useful after college. I come from a farming family, and the subjects taught in college are generally designed to be very relevant to practical life. However, I learned that colleges tend to focus more on theoretical knowledge and less on practical application. They should give equal importance to practical learning as well.
