MIT College of food technology

The teaching staff is brilliant I really admire them. The functions, festivals and competition also on good track this thing really motivates students. Syllabus for course also OK. Just placement department need to improve.

Course curriculum is OK. The portion is bareble for the students mind. The level of tough subject is increases as semester changes so student already aware or learn to face the tough syllabus. That's why I am OK with curriculum of this course.

Yes, my college provide internship, during eighth semester. If anyone has its own Reference then they can go on their own responsibility otherwise college will provide you company for internship. Four months internship is mandatory. You are not allowed to do internship in your parents industry itself. You are getting stipend or not it is totally depends on company where you will going to do internship it not responsibility of college.

Yes my College has saperate department of placement cell.The last year students who are interested to do job they has to give their names to placement cell department and if any company is coming u will get informed. Actually it is good thing but still I think little improvement is required.

1)New product development competition : This competition is held at every world food day. For me when I took admission through MPKV university, then the fee structure is not that much feasible but my parents managed it. As I get benefits through OBC category the half fee I have to pay. If any student have financial problem then he/she Can submit fee inbetween specific period given by account department.

Yes as I am from OBC category I get half of fee reduce. This thing actually helps me financially. And I feel time to time form for this and I get benefited. Information about the documents required fo the scholarship form and another quries related to this can solved by specific department.

There is scope for your extra Knowledge. The labs are quite good. The expensive equipments was there. Tha sports meet was there. Intercolleges competition for football, basketball ,cricket arranged During every year.

Actually I am not hostalis. I never stays in hostel of MIT College of food technology because I have another option to stay. I stay by rent with my friends in nearer area of college. That's why I don't know that much about hostel infrastructure and facilities.

As you complete your food technology degree you get added to the what's app group of passed out seniors. Yes seniors has an helpful nature. If you have any query or job regarding suggestions then seniors supports you definitely.

Exam was very strict. Yes it is great thing actually. The pattern of questions is ok. While theory paper there is no holiday in between two paper that I think need to change. Because I face this thing that the whole week we had theory exam that situation gave little Stress to me.

I wanted to do food technology for that I gone through online application form.The sele.ction procedure is depends on the merit. I was selected in first round in MIT College. Thus I took admission here.

First of all I really appreciate the staff of my College. Everyone doing their job very sincerely. I like there strictness and how passionately they teach us. I really admire them. I feel lucky to have such professional and technical teachers.
