An honest review from the first year student

The cource for my field that is AIML is upto date and all the things required to master it are teached to us in the entire four year span. The areas of improvment would be to remove the first common year and teach the students from the beginning so that they have one extra year to study and master the field they choose.

I am in first year so i cant tell about internships but when we talked to third year they told us that they got and intership in Tech Mahindra with a stipend of around 20k a month and was offered a full time from the same company after graduation. I will be applying to the interships to get the experince and learn about the industry.

The placements of college is good. Students becomes eglible in third year to sit in the placements. Many companies such as flipcart, amazon, cicso, infosys and other companies comes to the college for placements. The average package offered by them are around 10 to 12 lpa. The highest package this year was given by amazon of around 30lpa as per the latest information. A total of 150 student sits in the placement and out of which 120 got offers from the companies. My plans after getting a degree is to persue my masters abroad and try to find a job over there.

The first year tution fees is 136000 and it will keep on decreasing as we go to second year and so. There are scholarship for those who scored good ranks in the CBSE exams and also in the JEE. They also charge a examination fees of 7500 as per AKTU guidelines. Developement fees is also 7500 and other charges such as books and labs add upto around 10000.

My overall experience in the college is good. Two fest is held annualy in the college named as Udbhav and IPEC Tackathon. The library has a vast collection of the books and you can find any book of the topic you need to find. Other than that there are E-Books from which you can study too. The whole campus is wifi centralised and classrooms are very neat and clean with AC in each one of them. Sports and Extracurricular are also held in the campus and students can also particiapte to compete in inter college and other. Many clubs are run by student such as IPEC FIlmza, APEC, Dance and Music clubs etc.

I applied in this college because my relative and other people reffered to me about it and how good the placements are in it. The college offer good average packages and placement in the fields with a average package of around 12lpa. On other parameter i would say the infrastructure of the college is much smaller than the rest if we compare if we compare it to JSS college, Noida. In JSS i was not getting AIML is Btech but was offered IT so thats why i didn't choose JSS. The admission process of my college is same as others. Some seats are reserved for direct admission and others are filled by AKTU counselling.

The college falls under AKTU guidlines and the exams are also conducted by AKTU. Other than that college also take two sessional exams and one PRE-UT exam before the final exams. Notes and other things are upto date and teacher are very well trained on how to teach. For the first year it is common for all the branches and in second year we study the respective thing about our course.

I don't opt for hostel in the college but when i discussed it with my friends they told me that the cafeteria is open until 6pm and you can access the gym and game room last by 10pm. Library is closed at around 8pm. They say it is safe to hang around the campus in night and they often go to nightouts near malls and other places in night. It is flexible to leave and enter the campus in night. The famous hangout places are like Mahagun mall, Pacific mall, habitat centre.
