What Students Say

Likes

Our class consists of 8 girls and 17 boys they are friendly and have good characters
The campus is quite small but we have good class rooms
The faculties are good and they clearly explain the doubt we have

Dislikes

Lunch break is too short it is about 30min of break
Events are conducted very less and even sports
Library is small and have less books and less space to sit and study

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose the BCA course because I took PCMC combination in the pre university level and i tried for engineering but due to some issues i was not able to join so i choose to take BCA.The exam is quite difficult compared to other colleges

Class Size: 50Course Fees: INR 90000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

First year we have to pay 90000 and in the second year we have to pay 85000 and even in last year we have to 85000 and tuition fees is 54,000 registration fees is 15,000 lab fees is 10,000 and going on they ask about skill lab fees of 2000 and they won't provide any scholarship

Campus Life

Our college conducts the fest called INFORNO We had dance battle and many other programs on the month of December and we had DJ night and overall the campus is small but thy keep sports compition like vollyball, throw ball , badminton and soo on. We don't have any clubs. We enjoy the college events

Admission

I applied for new horizon college and I was not able to make addmission because of the High fees. So i thought of joining east point college and I took admission in our college. The admission process of our college is to fill the application form and attend the interview and next day we can go do the addmission

Faculty

The faculty of our college are good experienced lecturers and they explain very nicely.faculty have good relationship between the students. i like everyone in our college. Our college conduct two internal exam and 1 sem exam in a semester.

Night Life

We don't have any gym or cafeteria in our college but the library is too small. Near our college we have nice hotels and cafes. It is safe to hangout at the night time and the college timeing is from 9am to 2.30pm

More Than Just a Degree: My College Experience

Placement Experience:

The college provides placements. Students who are in 6th semester of their degree courses are eligible for campus placements provided by the college. A lot of IT companies regularly walk in for job drive with annual package of 3-6 LPA. The college provides basic placement support, but employability mostly depends on individual skill development. After completing the degree, I plan to pursue higher studies or improve technical skills to get better career opportunities.

Placement Experience:

From the last year of the college which means from 5th and 6th semester the students become eligible for campus placements. Wipro Deloitte Empower [24]7 Cognizant Molecular Connections Pt Imt Bicon TCS and many more companies do come. I exactly dont know the no of offers made exactly. There are no offical records about the placements in past two years of BCA or they have not updated about placements yet but in 2022 the highest package was around 3.8 lac and the average package was around 1.8lac to 2.5 lac.The percentage of students placed in BCA is comparitevely low. My plans after completing the degree is to complete my Masters.

Honest review

Placement Experience:

Students will be eligible for internships from the fourth sem of their course. There are many big companies who have visited the campus and made really good offers but if you want a good package the level of difficulty to get into this will also be high. The average package for BCA is 3,00,000 per annum. As per University information their placement rate is 91 percent. After getting the degree I'll be looking for a good company to work for and gain my knowledge.

Compared to other colleges there are some traps like u have to complete ur course to get back ur certificates after getting it first year resultd if u think to crack it in second attempt or supplementary exams u have to pay ur second years fees to attempt it or u may have a chance of going to leave college by completing the whole fees left off and then get ur certificates...Read More

All about East Point from my point of view

I was selected for CMRIT and TJohn college of engineering for same course but finally decided to choose east point due to its reputation accross banglore, Since I'm excellent performer in academics i haven't faced rejection but this college is my personal choice.
