Course Curriculum Overview

I choosed BACHELORS OF COMPUTER APPLICATION because it was simpler and easy way to learn about modern technology. The improvement that can be done in this course is the removal of extra subjects that is not needed.

Class Size: 63Course Fees: INR 120000 per year

Internships Opportunities

The class coordinators and class representative provide the details of any internship that is available whenever they get to know about it , and the internships that are provided to us are always from big companies like amazon , flipkart , google and many others just like this.

Placement Experience

If I don't get a good placement I will go for defence services as I am also in NCC and appearing for C certificate. And once I get it I will get a NCC special entry and direct go for SSB and I will do my best to get selected.

Fees and Financial Aid

The yearly fees that i pay for bachelor of computer application in graphic era hill university is one lakh twenty thousand. I got a scholarship of 25% for having a domicile of Uttarakhand. And a concession of 5% for being an army brat.

Campus Life

Graphic era hill university has too many clubs and different organization like NCC , NSS . If you want to participate in any clubs you can give your name and according to their selection criteria they will go through it.

Admission

The impact Graphic Era putted on education in some few years is to much amazing from engineering to MBBS all things are taught by too much experienced and qualified teachers. And a good placement is also offered by Graphic Era Hill University that's the reason I choosed this college.

Faculty

After 3 months of joining the semester mid term examination takes place of 50 marks in eacb subject. And after more 3 months end term examination takes place of hundred marks in each subject and scoring 40 percent is compulsory to pass a subject.

Night Life

There is no empty land near college all areas are covered by shops , gyms , and fast food centre. There is a police station nearby college . The area is safe as shops are open till late night and everything is available nearby college.

Likes

The boys girls ratio is like 60:40 as per 2025.

Dislikes

There should be a basketball court.When I saw that the college doesn't have proper basketball court i was disappointed.

Placement Experience:

The college have good placement percentage and the average package of college is around 6LPA which is decent for the freshers and college provide many opportunities to students to get in the big companies like TCS

Spacious ,modern campus with well-equipped classrooms, labs,library.
faculty are described as “highly qualified and supportive”, with interactive pedagogy and strong mentorships.
Strong placement record: 86-90% placement rate,average 6-6.4LPA .

Dislikes

Notably fewer female students
Infrastructure are good , common complaint include occasional slow internet,a few dated labs,and basic hostel facility.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible to participate in campus placement from their 6th semester onward(3rd year). Recruiters include major names like TCS,HCL,infosys, bajaj etc Highest package:60LPA Lowes package: 3LPA

The campus is very great and beautiful amd there are many buildings
There are many gardens in the capmus which makes it beautiful
There are different buildings for each and every department

Dislikes

There is much traffic in that area and the roads are narrow
The college timings are different everyday which makes it bad for the students

Placement Experience:

The placements in this college are average for the bca students agerage package is 2.5 lakh per annun which is very less for a fresher The placemnts are for the students with no backlog The placements start in the 4th sem end

College students are well-mannered, and the college environment is very good.
Our director is very good. He communicates very politely.
Sometimes the college organizes functions very well.

Dislikes

The college faculty in the BCA department is the worst. They actually don't know about coding, and they don't even give us proper guidance and a roadmap for our placement.
The syllabus of the college campus is very outdated.
The BCA department faculty is very rude.

Placement Experience:

I don't know much about placement. But I am hoping that they provides placement in college as they say. I think average pkg of placement is around 8k per month in bca department. their is nothing to be worried about percentage for placement.

Good fee structure

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is quite easy if you compare it with BTech. I opted for this course because it makes you a programmer and not an engineer. The faculty here is good and educated some have already done their Ph.D. while some of them don't. The teaching methods are still the same but they sometimes do use presentation.

Remarks:

I got admission offer from Sharada, SRM and GEHU Bhimtal campus also but compared to all of them placement system is good in GEHU DDN. No I donot get rejections at all For admission you have to consult with the admission team and they will give you form of admission where all needed details need to be filled.
