Course Curriculum Overview

I chose Electronics and Communication engineering. It has an excellent opportunity in Indian market as the future depends on electronic devices. It is a growing industry and will dominate all other industries within next 10 years. One choosing this course can deviate to any field according to his/her interest

Internships Opportunities

3

Wipro, cognizant, tata are some of the companies where students are placed. Interships will be provided to the students who are actively engaged in their career making. ISRO provided interships to students. Interships mostly depends on student's skill and capability

Fees and Financial Aid

College admits candidates through keam examination. Once u clears it college admits u with a Merit low fee seat which is 40000 per year and merit high fee seat with 60,000 per year. There is no fees at all for some reserved categories. For the first year all fees round off almost to 60,000 for merit low fee students. And rest of the year fees will be much lesser. College also provides scholarships for all students except general category with the e grantz scholarship which will be provided from 2nd year onwards after all the verifications. It will be enough to cover up your tution fees .College is located in a peaceful hill top with beautiful scenaries and nice campus atmosphere. It is one of the best aided college and number 1 in among institutions under cape.

Campus Life

4

College has nice infrastructure on a hill top giving experience of a tourist location to students . Nice campus for the students to wander around. It is a ragging free campus .There are many student run groups like IEEE , IEDC , MuLearn etc... Students here are active participants of hackathons run by the social groups

Admission

Admission to this college will be based on KEAM entrance examination. One with the highest rank will be placed in most prominent institute in the state under ktu. I wasn't able to score much to allot a seat to completly govt college. So I came here for the best aided college experience

Faculty

2

Nice facultys except some of them who are not much skilled with teaching.College provides with graduations in CS, EC, EEE, Civil, Mech, IT engineering and PG in MCA and MBA. College conducts 2 series exams with qn papers made by the faculty and 1 university exam with qn paper from ktu university. Marking scheme varies according to the updations made by the university

Night Life

4

Thalassery is a place where one of the best food culture exist. Thalassery sea bridge and fort are two of the main attraction. College doesn't provide you any gym facilities but there are many near by. Hostel life is pretty good as we are getting enough time for outdoor experience. Most of the programs are conducted at night

I chose this course because the curriculum covers key subjects like Python, Machine Learning, Data Science, and Deep Learning right from the early semesters. The inclusion of electives such as IoT, Cloud Computing, and NLP made it future-relevant and versatile.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is the worst. Teachers rush through the portions so that they can finish at the earliest. It may be because the university has a unjustifiable timetable. There is very little practicals given. The ones that are given are just for namesake.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is under KTU syllubus do it's fine. There is a change in curriculum coming 2024 which i assume would make a lot of good changes. The curriculum gives you a head start For most of your work, you need to on your own but the faculty is there to help. The frequency of exams is weekly tests + monthly exams. Its not too difficult of an exam.

Placement Experience:

The students usually start appearing for campus placements in their 6th semester. The training for the campus placements is started for all the students from the 4th semester. Many companies visited for campus placements. But one main problem is that most of them were low packages. Around 4LPA. Some were between 4-6 and a very few between 6-10. Most of them got placed in our batch in some company.
