Remarks

College do not allow allow the mobile phone in the campus and they can check any student for the mobile phone and can sieze the mobile phone for the whole semester.Yes, college timing is good for the morning time but it is too long for the evening

Actully college curriculum is enouhh good to take the knowlegde about every field. College curriculum is allow the every student to show there ghidden talent apart from the study and make there carrier in the field of there talent.

Internships Opportunities

Yes, ofcourse my college provides the internship of 3 month in last of the second year of the course. And I have completed my intrrnship in the TVS motor's dealership in lucknow (U.P) from June 2018- August 2018. And the stipend during this period was 5000 per month from the side of TVS motors company not from the dealer.

Placement Experience

Good placements and job opportunities. Most of the MNC companies visit to the college for the campus placement. Company visited this year in the college till now are TVS Motors company, TATA motors, DAIMLER India, VOLVO-EICHER, VOLVO Trucks, TATA hitachi, Suzuki, and some other small company visited college for the campaus. So, Overall placement is good along with the job opportunities.

College Events

Youth parliament. Singing competitions Writting competitions Drama competitions Essay and poem writting competition. In the youth patliament I have not taken part but my classmates taken the part in the youth parliament In this event different activities are performed and preparation is done to perform in the other colleges.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fees structure of dei is affordable for every middle class person even a lower class person can also afford the fee of dei college. No fee structure is not expensive In my course only 4150 rupees is the semester fee.

Fees and Financial Aid

No, Loan facility is provided by the college. And neither me taken any such loan or scholarship from the college side. But the scholarship from the government is 98% assured for each and every student eligible for the same.

Campus Life

Yah, college always remain engage in the extracurricalar activities and sports.and these activies are good and provides the equal opportunities to all the students of the institute. And college have good and very work friendly labs and workshops for the students.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel infrastructure is average in the dei even I am not hostel boy but we have looked the hostel very well and I give the three stars out of five for the infrastructure and facilities. Because the main probleme in the hostel is hard rules and drinking water is not good.

Yah, alumni of the college is so helpful even the 50-60% companies visit for the campus placement in college only because of the alumni network. This college have completed the 100 years of education therefore it is normal to have good alumni network.

Exam Structure

Exam structure is based on rhe semester. Overall SGPA is calculated from the following components. Daily class assignments (CA) Daily home assignments (DHA) Class test 1 (CT1) Class test 2 (CT2) Additional assignments. Attendence. End semester exam. Internal+external= overall sgpa Internal= CA+DHA+CT1+CT2+ADDITIONAL ASSIGNMENTS+ATTENDENCE.

Admission

First of alI, applied for the admission online through the college portal or site (dei.ac.in) and then I took part in the entrance exam held in the main campus of college and on the basis of this test merit is set for the interview and I got the good marks to take part in interview and then I passed the Interview and they called all the selected student for councelling and give them the particular braches based on there performance.

Faculty

Faculty of dei college enough good if we will compare with the other college faculties. Actully the faculty of dei college well qualified and well experienced and the faculty of dei coolege take the classes only based on there field of interest means not any teacher can take any class of any course. And behaviour of the faculty is friendly.

My overall Journey

Likes

Everything was good except placements.
Campus was so engaging , has a beautiful campus , one can get to learn a lot .
Faculties was from either IIT's or NIT's with good humor and knowledge.

Dislikes

Student has to suffer a lot during placements for students who are from Biotechnology .
No one takes responsibility , if a student is unplaced.

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students become elligible for campus placements.From top companies like google , microsoft to new startups like Raspa , Protium all companes visits , Highest package was 96 LPA , 40% students get placed , rest suffers , if one is from core branch then they get chances for PSUs and other organization.

My college life was a rollar coaster comedy life.

Likes

The first aspect of the college that I would like to appreciate was the class size but apart from that the infrastructure like class bench were not in proper condition which truly need to be in concern like many sideways.
The learning facility of the college like in terms of infrastructure and and the resources were really good and faculty where also the supporting too much.
The effectiveness of placement services and the support provided for career advice advancement I would like to say most of the student where Got placed in very reputable position in company which you can also locate them on LinkedIn ID they are .

Dislikes

The first thing that I don't like about the colleges the they say that there is 100% placement which is completely not whether it is our college or other College it's never up to the mark.
Second thing I didn't dislike about the colleges that the mindset of student they were it's okay that they were competitive but like they were the kind of leg pulling person throughout the semester they didn't like to see somebody gaining more.

Placement Experience:

Speaking about the campus placement and internship opportunity the company visit for this college campus where not so good like they were decent labeled but not that high profile company apart from this the college also provided internship for deserving candidate where applying and most not always getting but let me tell you you have to also work hard no college used to give complete internship and placement either it's our college or you can take another college also the same condition so if you are thinking guaranteed internship and college placement so I would like to recommend work hard, if you literally want on campus placement. Don't get this pointed if you are not getting placement from college you can apply for self help also as it is a digital AI and lots of job companies like LinkedIn and reputable websites are also there to apply for just I would like to say build your skill ,upskill yourself throughout the college semester period workout also on your psychic like body posture and good looking and personality developing developing which is most important criteria plus charm in the job purpose and you will give a good status.

Good college for Degrees

Likes

I like the Teacher behavior and attitudes
I like the Sports curriculum , they conduct sports event monthly
I like the admin office, because it always neat and clean

Dislikes

The hostel and mess food is not good as expected
The placement system is too bad , no proper support
The student facilities is not good , like lifts etc

Placement Experience:

If you are BTech CSE student , you dont need to worry more because they invite good number of companies to take placement , but you need that particular skills to get placed. Almost 40 to 50% student got placement for an average of 4.5 LPA

Professer behavior is very cool and good
Classes is conducted in normal class in which some classes have A.C while some not
Campus area is so big in which staff parking and student parking is separtely available

Dislikes

College time is bad . It is same as school timing
Student must maintain 75% attendence to avoid detention in CIA
It does not give a proper break after semester exam

Placement Experience:

The placement is average as same as other college . It provide 6-12 LPA package for who have skills as market required The placement criteria for student is above 8 CGP and no backlogs in all semester My plans after getting the degree is to join a good company for a good life The percentage of getting placements is above 80%

The hospital is huge very and also carry massive patient load .
You can easily develop skill in hospital area due to huge numbers or patient that visit everyday.
They don't miss any classes each and every class will be taken by the teachers every day .

Dislikes

They don't have their college of nursing building.
The hostel is not so good ,food quality is worst .
There are so many restrictions in girls hostel they don't Allow to go home even .

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum of college of nursing is well developed they used ppt and videos for better learning of students as well as they have their own skill labs where students can get new skills and able to reduced their fear .

Likes

The infrastructure and greenery was really good. Play grounds, running track and a sports building. There were respective charges for availing any sports facility like gym, swimming etc.
College fest was average with the college inviting well known artists like Milind Gabba, Nikita Gandhi, Raftar etc.
Girls- boys ration is good but the quality of students and environment is below average.

Dislikes

None of the teachers were highly trained to teach subject matter. The administration was always finding ways to fine students may it be for attendance or any hostel related expenses.
Hostel food was real trash. After even complaining on a regular basis it was upto no good.
There were many restrictions for hostel students like for even going out we needed passes and had to call our parents, they don't provide leave if u want to go home during the session.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement are been done but they force u to sit for non core companies. Like I was doing BCA and I had to sit for slaes, marketing and in field sales persons job interviews. Mass eecruiters like infosys and wipro also came which they take like 200 to 300 students.

The college is in my hometown so close to family and friends. No moving out having the comfort of living with family. Apart from this good syllabus structure. I was getting to learn so much more here than in other colleges. The reason i came back from college in Shimla, it was purely due to homesickness.
