Remarks

The college is really good interms of everything the college environment is really good but the college is approximately 15km from the main city. The teachers are overall good but only the curriculum is old that i don't like.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

The course curriculum is little bit old they must change the cousre little bit. There is less industry exposure in the current curriculum. And the syllabus is not that much connected as in 4 years they have taught us a lot but that is not required by industry.

Internships Opportunities

No, the college does not provide any kind of internship that the think which i don't like in this curriculum that why i have mentioned above the their is less industry exposure. They should add internship in curriculum.

Placement Experience

3.5

The placement is very good if and only if you score above 60 percentage in you whole curriculum. Mostly the company came to hire people above 60 percentage if you able to achieve that then you get a lot of job opportunities.

College Events

4

Their are many events which used to happen every month their are particular event which happen at every individual department their is a very big event that is Robocon which is mostly organised by our college. Their is a college fest which used to happen every year.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fees is bit expensive compared to other colleges. The fees structure is feasible as you have to pay fees Every year not in a single go. The fees is almost 1.3lakhs every year so it is expensive in my view.

Fees and Financial Aid

I really don't know about any good scholarship / loan facility offered by our college that i know. I have not availed any scholarship during my academics. You can surf internet for the scholarship queries.

Campus Life

4.5

Their are many extracurricular activities which occurred in college or outside the college their are many sports events happen at different levels. And the labs are really good their is a lots of things provided in labs.

Hostel Facilities

4.5

I never stayed in hostel but all my friends used to live in hostel so i know the condition the hostel condition the hostel is very good in terms of everything all facilities are provided within the hostel.

Alumni/Alumna

Yah their is a very strong alumni network. As you pass out the college automatically adds you to their alumni network mails. Sometimes they used to call alumni for giving guidance to their current students.

Exam Structure

Exam structure is good. Their is a 50 marks online exam for the 2/3 rd of course and for the whole course their is a 50 marks written exam for first 2 years and then their is a 30 marks and 70 marks exam for last two years.

Admission

At that time the admission process is simple. First you have to appear for MHCET exam. Then on the basics of your marks in that exam they decide your percentile and on that basis they used to call for the admission process.

Faculty

3.5

The facility is liitle bit good i can say as there are some teachers who are excellent in their field and some are just for the sake of money. And their is little bit strictness amoung most of thr faculty.

The campus placement is decent in the college as compare to other colleges of the city . many companies visited the college every year to hire the skillful engineers from the college and offer them a good amount of package. The option of the offcampus palcement is also there for the students of the other colleges.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Soo ever since kid i was interested in bikes this interest was all for me to take this course , my father is very bike enthusiast and it came down to me , i could easily take mechanical and other engineering cause these are common courses which involves automobile , but since i wanted to follow my passion , i wanted to do specialization in automobile itself and DPCOE was offering this course with great facilities and knowledge providing us a path in this lane of career in this field. According to me curriculum prepares us quite well as they conduct workshop which are relevant to outside world where we'll be working. If there were more practical workshops for us to work on would be great cause automobile engineering is all about practicals rather than theoroticals Professor should try teaching in physical part rather than taking lectures and explaining the concept by just words

Placement Experience:

Yes there is placement cell of STES which is no different than other tier 3 engineering colleges offering a tier 3 average package depending on who is the recruiter. Students become eligible for campus from 3rd year of their degree. Highest package is something around 55 lakhs offered to a computer engineering student, and average is just like I said for a tier 3 college 5-6 lakhs(above or below). Almost everyone gets placed in the company but some might not.
