- I like the campus area of our college. It is around 110 acre land and it is full of greenery campus.
- The quality of social interactions are good. We can meet anyone from different department and work on a project or idea.
- The faculty are very well expertized in core branches. The placement services are also very effective for student life.
Dislikes
- The Auditorium of our campus has no fixed chairs. It would be better if they reconstruct the Auditorium with fixed chairs.
- The daily curriculum consists full of classes.
Course Curriculum Overview
I choose this course because I am interested towards Artificial Intelligence. The curriculum for course is very well defined according to the department. The course is aligned with all the subjects of AI. The curriculum can make you ready for industrial projects and we can also do higher studies. The area of improvement would be in depth teaching and more illustration in class and labs. The frequency of exam is per unit and also mid for every 2 months. The difficulty level is based on the paper. Almost it will be easy to moderate.
Internships Opportunities
The companies that offer internship oppurtunities are Amazon, Optum. The stipend is 40000/- per month offered by Optum and 110000/- offered by Amazon. Most of the other companies offer internships after cracking the full time interview role. And the stipend will range around 12000/- to 30000/-. The student should have cgpa above 9 to attend internship opportunities.
Placement Experience
The placements of our college is very nice. Around 75% of the eligible students get offers in different companies. From 6th semester the students are eligible for placements. The companies that visited our campus is Accenture, Tech Mahindra, Cognizant who had made 200+,135+,100+ offer to students.The highest salary is 18LPA and the average salary is 4 LPA. The profiles offered is Software Engineer and Technical Engineer. My plans after getting a degree is to do job in good MNC.
Fees and Financial Aid
The tution fee for the college is 1,35,000/-. The registration fees are around 5,500/-. Admission fees is 2500/-. The other compulsory fees are semester end examination fess of 1350/-. The course fee do not increase or decrease. It is constant till graduation. The scholarship is provided by Telangana government for merit students. I am a Management student so I have to pay all the fees. My friends get scholarship since they have joined through EAPCET(EAMCET) examination. The student who got less than 10000 rank is offered free tution fee paid by government. The others get 35000 reimbursement from government if there parents are not government officials.
Campus Life
The annual fest that happens every year in the month of january. It is a traditional day fest. There is also a technical fest that happens around february or march called as Promethean. The books and journals are available for all the departments. Every year in january we host a sports fest. We also have a go-carting track. The students also run clubs and social groups such as NCC, IEEE, Cybersecurity club.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel facilities are average. The facilities provided in room is free Wi-Fi, uninterrupted current, beds and cupboards. The meal quality is average some of the week days and it is below average in some days. The menu consists of different varieties. Registraation process is very simple and the student should not have backlogs. I stay in the campus hostel.
Admission
Since I hadn't got a rank in distinction, I have joined in this college through Management Quota. I have joined this college because it is near to my home. It also has nice placement opportunities. Due to my rank in entrance exam I couldn't have got a seat in Artificial intelligence department. The admission process is very simple crack EAMCET examination and you will get seat through counselling in our college. The eligibility would be clearing cutoff.
Faculty
The faculty to student ratio is decent. Every 70 students have a class incharge other than lab assistants. The faculty to student relationship is also great. They are easily approchable. We can meet the faculty any time in college hours. Some of the staff are also available after college hours since they are living in staff quarters. I like a lot of faculty from our department. They are very supportive in academics. The best faculty are senior lecturers. There are no faculty whom i didn't like. There are generally two mid term examinations and end semester examination for each semester.
Night Life
The campus view in night is mangnificient. The fests such as Athenes and Hostel day and New Year are conducted in night. The students usually fresh up after completion of classes and go to ground for physical activities. There is also a gym and cafeterias. The timings for hostel is 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM. The favourite places to hangout will be near pond. The locality is sate to roam around at night
