Remarks

Amity is huge and great platform for many people. Some of them can really show their talents and can shine very well with all opportunities the college provide them. You can really adapt many good things from here. The only problem I feel is the hectic schedule of my course the time table is really exhausting.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

My particular course is applied chemistry which involves theoretical and practical knowledge both. So we have 4 labs sessions for 4 days a week and a theory session all days from mon to Friday. The courses involve all important aspects to be taught in my field which udls further important in any industrial area and higher competition exams also.

Internships Opportunities

No Amity does not provide any internship. Students have to find it on their own. But yes they provide internship guidelines and details of other companies and industries where students can apply and the students who can afford to do internships in foreign they do provide all guidelines to them.

Placement Experience

3.5

Placements and job opportunities in Amity is quite good. As it's my 2nd SEM so I have no such experience about it till now but I have knowledge about it from my teacher in college and my senior too. Various companies are invited to amity for placement process.

College Events

3.5

Amity is wonderful when it comes to celebrate anything in our college. All students are free to come up with any sort of event they want to celebrate in our main block. We have one main event called Sangathan which is sports event and we have AYF amity youth fest

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure is really very high in this college. And student have to pay for every semester my course fee is aboy 50000 which is seriously very expensive for such course and if you forget to pay your fee on time than it goes on increasing by 50rs every day.

Fees and Financial Aid

In every section of each class they awarded scholarships for 3 students. 1st get 75% off from semester fees and 2nd gars 50% and 3rd one gets 25%.They also rewarded them with trophy and medal at the end of the course.

Campus Life

5

The labs of chemistry iare nice there are about 5-6 labs and 1 research lab in our college with working equipments and there will be one teacher and a lab instructor with the students all the time to instruct them.

Hostel Facilities

4.5

I am day scholar but in my class we have 5-6 hostlers and my 1 friend is one of them. The condition of hostels is very good but I have seen hostlers complaing lot about the food which is not up to the mark.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes, if you need any kind of help and guidance about your goal you can freely contact and seek help from the above mentioned. The seniors are also very helpful and shares every experience about their things related to teachers or studies.

Exam Structure

Well the exams are conducted very properly in Amity. At the time of examination 2 faculties are their in 1 room to guide and maintain the proper disciple. Students who violates the rule and conduction of exams are given punishment and most probably not allowed to sit in that particular exam. Proper checking of icard and admit is done while sitting in the exam.

Faculty

3.5

In Amity all the faculties are of high post they all are phd in their field. Some of them are very good in teaching and interacting with students with their doubts and guide well for their future while some faculties are bit partial and few of them don't care at all about students ven didn't interested in teaching.

Course Curriculum Overview:

This is a postgraduate course so I took admitted to this course because I want to become a lecturer (Professor). So after doing this I want to pursue a doctorate degree. Teacher student ratio in this course is 1:60 In this college, there are both permanent faculty and guest faculty. Permanent faculty has better teaching skills than the guest faculty because the majority of them are students who pursue doctorate degrees under the guidance of this college's Professors. They generally lack experience. The teaching method is excellent for permanent faculty. Exams are held timely. One is held in the month of December and the other in May. There are four semesters in this course. The paper level is difficult. One needs a descriptive knowledge of the subject to score good marks in examinations. Previous year papers can provide a lot of help.
