My college review

The curriculum of my department is relevant in each year . And it is also relevant to real life applications as well. The curriculum focus on real life problems and solutions for the problems. As the chemistry group in first year do not have coding as subject so the teachers should teach this subject as well for chemistry group as a tecnical student the students must have coding as the subject irrespective of the university syllabus ,as the coding is going to give students internship and placements. The teaching for coding subjects should be more serious . The teachers should help the student in bulding pdoblem solving skills in first year itself . And engage students for participating in the programs orgnised by university for communications skills. The exams should not be done on high frequency ..because it affect the should time management for practical skills like cofing and soft skills of students. Academics s a part of btech 1st year not everything. Exams kept on helding after break of 1 or 2 week . Which should be reduce to give student time for their enhancement in soft skills and coding

The interships are offered in the college are paid as well as unpaid but works on enhancing the on field avilities of the students . Mosy unpaied interships are offered in the college. The stipend provided through college interships are upto 10 k .

The placement of the college is average for now and it also depends on the skill of the students. The college hive their best in making companies approached their college students. They tries the best to make students placed through campus placement but the rest depends on coding skills and the communication skills of the student to grab the placement. Adobe company also visit for the placement in the college for the placement. The students become eligible for placement from 6th sem . They also tries to secure good intership either off campus or on campus . The offers are give upto 18 lpa in the college by the companies visiting in the college . The average package is 5 lpa. The percentage of student placed is 70% in the college based on their abilities . My plans after getting the degree is also grab a good ppo from the company i will be doing my intership in the company .

The tution fees of first year is 1,03,919and then the fees of second year , third and fourth year is same. The registration fees for direct admission is 1200 . The book bank and library fees is 7500 for 1st year and the fees for 2nd , 3rd and 4th is 1200. The dress material fees only for 1sy year is 8500. The fees for internet and id card is 4000 for 1st year and for 2nd , 3rd and 4th is 3000. No cocurricular fees is for 1st year and for 2nd , 3rd ,4th is 6150. Insurance fees for each year is 1250 . Security fees is 5000 only for 1st year . The total fees for1st year 1,35,169 and for 2nd year is 1,24,019 and for 3rd is 1,27,019 and 4th is 1,28,819. And if you have good percentage in class 12th then you can also get fees reduction in fees according to your percentage.

My overall experience of the college in the period of 5 month is good in terms of social life. Campus and hostel life . The college students actively participate in the zonal held through university. The zonal of 2024 held in our college in the month of octobet and it takes place for 4 days in our college. The wtudents of various colleges participate in the zonal to make it more joyful and competitive. The technical festival of imsec is know as tecchnovation in which students show their technical knowledge through their project they made to solvs real life problems. This technovation helps students in showcasing their technical skills , teamwork and leadership skills . It held especially in the months of May . The range and the accessibility of the books in the college library is fine. The books are helpful in enhancing their technical and it also imclude self help books. Which are less in numbers but the self help books are also provided. The facilities and technological provisions within the classroom is good . Teachers tries make learing.more engaging through showcasing the things through practical instruments and devices. The sports are also very good in the college the organization of sports events also occur in the months of march or april inthe college. The club environment of the college is very active. The language club of the coding languages . The kazian club , The robotics club,, the finnacle, Markwiz ,Saksham, Aayam these are club in the college to make students more skilled and assets for their life.

The hostel facilities in the college is also very good in terms of food , security and facilities . Their are 2 seaters as well as 3 seater room in the hostel provided. The room are cleaned by the cleaners daily . The room contain 1 balcony as well which is separate for each room . And the room are spacious as well . The 3 seater cost 1 lakh 5 thousamd for non ac. And it cost 1 lakh 20 thousand for 2 seater for non ac. And the 3 seater ac is 1 lakh 65 thousand. The meal of the college in terms of taste is good but changes are made very less in the menu of the mess meal. Evenig snacks in the mess is very bad in tuesday and Wednesday specially. The registration fees for hostel is 20 thousand and then within alloted time you have to submit your rest payment. The hostel provide facilities like 2 washing machine on each floor 1 induction and 1iron for the students . The hostel have it separate canteen which opens from 12 30 pm to 12 30 am.

I chose this college over other college because of the environment of the college and due to its placement . The placement of the college is very good compared to the other college i applied for and the culture of college is so good in comparison to other college i applied for. The seniors of our college are very helpful and supportive towards juniors. They treat their juniors as their younger sister and brother . They guide us to manage between college academics and coding. They also tell us about the placement and about teachers and their marking and teaching methods. The college i applied for did not reject me. I was getting IT branch in iimt greater noida but i chose ims over iimt because of the above mentioned reasons. I also applied in abes and akgec buy i did not get admission in their computer science branch but getting admission in their core branches . I got admission in mechanical in abesec and in abes it i was getting electronic and same case was with their akgec . I take admission in ims as i was getting computer science and design in imsec . The admission in imsec takes place by two ways through councelling and through direct baised on 12th percentage. The exams accepted are jee mains for the college and mostly students prefer to give jee exam to take admission in the college under akti as well as imsec . The jee percentile accepted for the college for computer baised branches is under 82 percentile . And the students taking admission through councelling are also helped by the teachers of the college if they are taking admission through councelling. And the percentile also varies for cs branches if the categories is applied by the student 82 percentile is for general category students. The admission process is very simple for the direct admission taking students. The direct students just visit college after their 12th result and according to their pcm percentage branches are alloted to the students in the college . The teachers of the college help

The faculities to students ratio is 3 to 60 . And the relationship of faculty with students is very good ..the faculties are so supportive during and after the clas for students ..and they give their best every time when you engage with them. They are having very helful nature towards each and every students of the class. Our mechanical faculty Subhash Mishra sir is one of the best faculty in first year . He is so polite and helpful towards student . He is my favourite faculty. And the other faculities Sachi Singh Mam is best chemistry faculty , Dr. Purnima Pandey Mam best for soft skills , V.K Agrawal Sir best for electronic and Vinita Rani Mam is best for Mathematics. Their is no faculty according to me to whom I dont like . They all are so well versed in their respective subjects and teaches very patiently to students. Exams happened very frequently in first year CT 1,CT2,TS1 ,TS2 ,PUT these all exams are comducted in first semester , which is so frequent due to which 1st year students face difficulty in finding time for their coding skills . But the exams as TS1 , TS2 is not so relevant ..

The night life of the college is very nice . Being a hosteller the college campus looks very nice during night time as it is properly maintained with proper lighting and the greenary . In night and in evening after evening snacks students come for evening walk in the ground and also play the sports whuch interest them. And also evening view of sunset is very beautiful in the college . The sunset in evening makes it more beautiful and serene. The cafeteria of the college remain open till 8 in the night and also the canteen and stationery remains open till 8:30 in night. The hostel life is also very good in the college. The hostels of the college arw well maintained in the college . The warden of hostel are sweet of girls hostels. And the food of mess is good but the chapaties are not well made. The sunday dinner is special for girls . And the washrooms and rooms are well cleaned by the cleaners procuded by the hostel. The hostel timimg are upto 7 pm for girls. The locality issaf
