Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum is nice but there should be such changes. Like practical should be more than theory. Also we have tutorial every week in such subjects. But it helps in real life application so I like the course curriculum.

Class Size: 65Course Fees: INR 130000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Mandatory internship is in 8 th semester. Institute give pn campus internship, also you can take it from yourself. Companies like reliance and many more come for this . I will do summer internship in this vacation.

Placement Experience

From 7 th semester students get eligible for campus placement. Companies like reliance, bhel , birla , uts visit our campus . Average package of our branch is 9.5 lpa . Highest package of 19 lpa Lowest package was of 6 lpa . This data is from last year.

Fees and Financial Aid

Tution fee per semester is 62,500. Total course fees is 6,11,000 for four years. If your family income is less than 1,00,000 than you will get full remission on tution fees . If your family income is between 1,00,000 to 5,00,000 than you will get 2/3 remission on your tution fee.

Campus Life

There is biggest festival sparsh which is our annual fest . Mindbend is our tech fest . Also fresher's party kashish is conducted every year . There are lots of books in our institute. We have to buy hardly one or two books . Also there are club for dance , singing, drama and all.

Admission

I have applied for svnit. Because surat is nearby my city . I only applied for svnit. I like the environment and greenery of the institute. I get here admission through jossa and then csab . You have to give jee mains exam in 12 th science with pcm group.

Faculty

Faculty to student ratio is around 1 faculty per 5 students as per my knowledge. There are two types of exams in one semester. Mid semester End semester Mid semester is of 30 marks and end semester is of 100 marks which converts into 50 marks

Night Life

There is gym for girls in our hostel only . Many cafeterias are nearby our institute. We have also canteen in our institute. Hostel intime is 10:30 p.m. which should be increased. Also night life is safe here in surat .

Placement Experience:

Placement of my college is decent enough as per NITs. From 7 semester students become eligible for campus placements. Companies like Micron, GE Healthcare, Visa, MasterCard and more visited and offer 6 to 7 candidates depending on requirement. Highest package is 57 LPA in CSE branch and 35 LPA in ECE branch. In CSE Placement percentage is 94% and in ECE it is 84%. I will go for College placements and will give government exams and GATE exam.

Placement Experience:

The placement in by branch are good enough in last year 2024 a student got package of nearly 42 lakh per year from computer branch. The average package in computer branch is nearly 10 to 12 LPA . Different companies visits our college to give placement to the students. The major companies ask about the students who have 8 + CGPA . Students become eligible from the 7th semester itself for campus placements. The collge gives perfect data of the student who are placed in different different companies.in year 2023 88% of the students were succcessufully placed in companies.Including all branches average package was of 7 LPA but for computer science students the average package was 10 to 12 LPA.In petrochemical branches the highest package was 24 LPA . and average package was nearly about 6.5LPA.The IT companies such as Google , Microsoft, Reliance , TATA visiits the college to give placement to the students of computer science.The total of 550 +students got the offer from various companies from all branches of btech and nearly 175 companies visited to the campus of the collegeAfter i get the degree the college pdeu i wil do the job for 2 to 3 years in some good companies after that my plan is to do startup means i want to start my buissness such as making an app , etc.. In PDEU the number of students getting placed are good enough even students getting good offcampus packages than oncampus becaus the student become capable of doing work or finding good work. There are some of the students not getting the jobs on campus they try offcampus and thy get the job.
