Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum here is similar to the IITs and NITs and they also focus on your personality development. There are two foundation subject also per semester. And any sport which you can name, you will find that here. Unit test are conducted here every alternative month. Difficulty of examination is medium
Placement Experience
The placement here is very good. Many companies come here for placement The comapnies start coming in seventh semester only. . Many companies come here, the list will be never ending. Many pune and mumbai based startup also come here
Fees and Financial Aid
The college fees here is not very high. You've to opt for hostel only, there is no other option available. College fees is 2,00,000 approx and it think it is increasing every year but it's still affordable and this also includes the hostel and mess fee.
Campus Life
There are many clubs in the college. The dance club, music club, technical club, etc. Despite departmental library, central/ main library is also here. There are computer connections also in libraries. DY patil has it's annual fest also, which is conducted at a grand level.
Admission
I choose this college in comparison to the other colleges that I have shortlisted is because that it is safe for women and it also provides a good placement rate. The admission process here is similar to the other colleges only. You can get admission through MHTCET and PARA-CET
Faculty
The faculty here is very good. They are very supportive. And you can contact to them for any career related doubts or study related doubts too. There is a particular time after the college gets over, in which you can find the faculty in there office and go to them with your doubts
Night Life
The curfew time here is 8.45 p.m. You can go to the market, pune wherever you want. There are many local market and malls available, you have to take a metro to reach there. Gym is also available here.
