Course Curriculum Overview
Courses are designed so perfectly and it is totally as per the current industry demand and sometimes modification of the courses take place as per the need.I can't tell about the exact frequency of exam because few of the faculties takes surprise test but there are mainly two exams i.e mid semester examination and end semester examination . It is very easy to passed both the examination if you're regular in the class .
Internships Opportunities
Interships in the college for the top branches like CSE, ECE, and electrical is really good. A lots of companies that come for the internship are Atlassian, adobe, cisco, jp morgan, etc with different roles like SDE, Analyst with a descent stipend.
Placement Experience
Placement of the college is very impressive almost 98% students were placed last year with the highest packege of 86 lakh and average of 14 lakh per annum.The placement percentage of my branch was 100% last year. Few of the World famous companies like Cisco, Google, Microsoft, Adobe, Atlassian etc come for the placement
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees of the college is based on the category and the family income of the student . If you're ST/SC then you are exempted from the payment of tuition fees of the college only you have to pay examination fee, development fees, library fees etc.for Obc and general student if your parents income is less than 1 lakh then you're exempted from the payment of tuition fees but you will have to pay examination fees .if you're income is less than 5 lakh then you will have pay 1/3 of the tution fee which is around 28000 each semester and if your parents income is more than 5 lakh then you will have to pay entire fee for the studies. There are many scholarship which is awarded by the government as well as college like FFE, E kalyan NSP etc
Campus Life
Campus Life at national Institute of technology Jamshedpur is really amazing . You will get a lots of clubs and committe inside the college which conduct many events regularly. Campus has great wifi connectivity .
Hostel Facilities
Hostels are alloted to each student in the college. For the first year single room is shared with 2 students while second year onward single room is alloted to single students. Mess food quality is not so good but it is manageable. If you want hostel in the college you have to just fill the form then make your payment.
Admission
I choose this college because of its connectivity from my home and having great infrastructure and an exceptional placement records.if you want to get admission in the college you will have to appear in the JEE examination then you will have to go through jossa counselling and based on the cutoff your seat will be alloted to you and one thing just you have to remember that you must have taken PCM in your 12th with 75% marks for obc / gen and 65% marks for st/sc
Faculty
Faculties members of the college is very supportive and well behaved . All of the faculties are well qualified and holds PhD degrees in their respective domains. even few of them are in top researcher of the world. Exams are conducted regularly in the college as per the academic schedule .
Night Life
Nightlife in the college is not really good because there is restriction in the campus that you're not allowed to roam in the compus at night for both boys as well as girls.Gyms and library open at 8:00 and closes at 8:30 night
