Likes

The Auditorium is large, sufficient and comfortable.
The infrastructure in the laboratories are nice.
The food quality in canteen is good and tastier.

Dislikes

No holidays on the weekend. Students need some rest.
Strict towards the ATTENDANCE management.
Confusion for students to select skills for job purpose.

Course Curriculum Overview

My descision to take this course, because it has two ways to get jobs. The possibilities of getting hardware and software jobs. There is no time to relax between the mid term exams. The teaching methods should be more practical.

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 110000 per year

Placement Experience

The students from 7th semester becomes eligible for campus placements. I have no experience in the process of placements. I just came know to know that one of our super senior got 16.5 package through pega. I need to select in campus placements.

Fees and Financial Aid

If we got the admission through EAMCET, we need to pay 110000. The students who are from Management categories need to pay Higher. The fee structure is different for courses. The General category students will not get the scholarship. It is hard for general category students comparing to the other category students.

Campus Life

There are few fests are conducted in last two years. There are number of books located in library. There are no physical activities offered on campus,it is upto us. there are several groups like management, technical etc

Admission

No I applied only for this college.There were no multiple choices to apply then. I got this college through the EAMCET Rank.To get the seat in other colleges,I need to pay management fees, it was too high to pay.

Faculty

The ratio of faculty to student is 1:7. They are well approachable to us. The faculties I liked are Y.CHAKRAPANI. The interest to faculties is different from the semesters. There are lot of exams to attend. It causes stress to the students.

Night Life

I am a days caller so I don't know about the night life in college.maybe it is nice there. The hostel timings are similar to days caller except for providing lunch, and dinner. There are no hangout spots near.

College Diaries

Placement Experience:

From 3 -1 only students become eligible for campus placement and the companies visited for our college was Jpmorgan,google,microsoft,Infosys capgemini tcs etc.. The highest package in our college was 54 lpa from Microsoft and average packages were 5-10lpa the percentage of getting placements by students is 75% and my plans after getting the degree is to get a good placement in a MNC's.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would 3 out of 5 because only the basic they thought in every college while getting the job they ask advance concept but I can that the course curriculum has improved now and they are preparing students for further jobs. My campus life and experience

Placement Experience:

Until know i got some info among the placements and internships is that yes, this college is providing campus placements good as some of the recent companies were Infosys, Capgemini,and other companies drive has been conducted in the college for the 4rth years. So the placements are good here no worrys too. But the LPA is less a bit like in the past years as the software industry is getting more hard to get jobs.

There are many companies costing the campus for recruitement like Accenture ,Infosys , keka , Accenture , infor etc and many other startup . They mostly consider students from Cse background but even allow others if they have skills . Accenture and cognisant will hire many students and there pay would be around 5 lakh per year for service roles . If they take for other roles then the salary is more 60-70% people get placed , some prefer doing masters even though they are placed

Pros and cons of nitw

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester the students are getting ppo , it's obvious because of nirf of nitw and top placements are here only. Around 80 percent of students are placed if we skip the biotech branch because they all go for higher studies Highest package was 88lpa last year and the minimum package is 6 lpa and average is about 13lpa I want to go for tech placements and want a package of 30 lpa that's enough for me

I applied to amrita university in coimbatore and also attempted the entrance exam.
