Rungta group of instution and technology for btech is good or not

I have applied for colleges in my counselling but i don't get any other college so i chose this college. Yes, I get rejection from other colleges where i have applied. I can apply to Galgotia University in Greater Noida and Rungta College of Engineering and Technology, Bhilai are confirmed admission forms. I chose this college because other colleges charge huge amount of money, and this college is affordable and has lower fees than other colleges. I got a rejection from another college because JEE mains percentile are average. You can take admission in this college via jee exam and if you're candidate from chattisgarh you can take admission via state exam cgpat.
