Remarks

All positive remarks. It has been a wonderful experience. Learnt a lot. Made optimum usage of the exposure and opportunities provided. Very grateful for the experience. The college made me industry ready.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

The students receive personal attention since they keep the strength of the class minimal and there's major opportunities industry exposure and live projects and internships in the curriculam along with the to the point theoritical syllabus.

Internships Opportunities

Yes. College does provides internships for freshers. Some internships offer stipend, some are unpaid. But all in all they are all excellent learning opportunities. But mostly there are live projects and events.

Placement Experience

4.5

AIMC proviedes 100% placements with good packages for starters. The students generally receive packages in the range 2-4 LPA depending on the student's capabilities. College does it'a best to place the students at top notch MNCs.

College Events

3.5

Fresher's Party is the introductory inaugral where the students formally interact for the first time.Brand Culture Gali celebrated in the very begining of the session to commemorate group work where the students are given a budget and they have to create a product with that and sell it and earn profits. We care international film festival is a film festival on disability held every year to spread awareness. Synergy is the annual college fest Media Chaupal is the annual college media fest where guest speakers from the industry are invited to talk about their journey and how they feel about the industry and how its changing. Annual Showcase is the final event where the students present their brand case study to the jury.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure is feasible. It's 2.5 lakh rupees for a year that is to be paid in two installments. The first installment of 1.5 lakh rupees and the second installment of 95 thousand rupees. Conveyance and accomodation are not included.

Fees and Financial Aid

The college provides scholarship facilities for underpriviledged students who cannot afford the entire fees. They deduct a lumpsum amout of the fees under the scholarship. But the paperwork are tricky and stressful and needs to be done under supervision.

Campus Life

4.5

There are editing labs, advertising labs, television studio, recording studio, radio setup, shooting sets, indoor games like carrom and table tennis, outdoor games like badminton and cricket and football.

Hostel Facilities

4

Hostel is not available. But the nearest locality has multiple paying guest like accomodations available with food and other necessary facilities for affordable rent. There is optimum security and market is nearby.

Alumni/Alumna

The alumni are extremely helpful and address queries of the aspirants excellently and makes the descision making a cakewalk for the aspirants. Alumnus of the college are doing extremely well in the industry and that in turn gives the aspirants the nudge.

Exam Structure

Exams are semester wise. There are 2 semesters a year. And there are mid semester exams in the middle of the term and final sem exam at the end of the term. The exams are not stressful and are practical work oriented.

Admission

Application and telephonic interview. I filled up the application form online with all the personal and academic details and internship experiences. Then I had a one on one telephonic interview with the Program Head and later received the admission letter over email.

Faculty

5

Faculty are industry specialists, know the industry through and through. They provide insight about every little detail and prepare the students to be industry ready. Faculty focuses on practical knowledge and training instead of just teaching theoritically.

Placement Experience:

Campus placements take place after 3rd semester. But there have been times when students have been picked up by the Industry Expert during the session itself, if they were impressed by the student's performance.

Admission:

The admission is on the basis of an entrance exam conducted by the college itself. The students need to clear the entrance exam in order to secure admission to the college. I joined the institute because of its reputation, but at least this branch of the Institutes is not at par with the Delhi branch.
