Course Curriculum Overview
The course can be more enhanced by the practical teachings more and more and teachings must be enhanced as per the mentioned imprisonments The exam timings are 2.5 hours and it is managble in performing the exams its not so difficult
Internships Opportunities
As a part of our curriculum we go for both winter and summer internship. Winter internship starts from November to January and Summer internship starts from May to July. Students have worked in agencies like MSL,VML, Ogilvy etc and with esteemed companies.
Placement Experience
Campus placements take place after 3rd semester. But there have been times when students have been picked up by the Industry Expert during the session itself, if they were impressed by the student's performance.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees in The Delhi School of Communication is paid semester-wise. The total for the entire Post Graduate Diploma Degree Programme i.e, two years is Rs. 6,45,000/- plus GST which is divided in 4 semesters. They do have scholarship provisions as well. One can get scholarship before starting the college as well and then they also have semester scholarships.
Campus Life
The college has a very dynamic curriculum. There are no particular fests but we do have in house celebrations for various festivals and we celebrate it like it is our fest. Since there are limited seats so we do share a stronmg bond with our classmates.
Admission
The admission process is very simple, just fill out the form given by the college and pay the initial instalment fees 12th passed students are eligible for admission Just the 12th board exam is enough
Faculty
They have in house faculties as well as the industry veterans coming in from time to time to take workshops and lectures. And even the alumni base of DSC is very strong. Exposure to industry even before completing the course works as charm students.
Interview Experience
Yes while taking admission in The Delhi School of Communication, I took a written test first. After passing that written test I sat for my personal interview, since I was an outstaion student so my interview was taken online. But one can also go for in person interview.
Night Life
The Delhi School of Communication is right in the heart of South Delhi. One can easily find cafes and places to visit nearby. The insitution doesn't provide hostels but they help in accomodation thorugh their sources.
