Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this course because of its need in real world. This institute provide the updated resources and information which is useful after your graduation. The availability of resources helped in finding solutions quickly and efficiently.

Class Size: 120Course Fees: INR 85000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Yearly fees = Rs. 85000 for civil, mechanical, and electrical And Rs. 99000 for Computer Science, Information Technology and related branch. Development Fees = Rs. 5000 For scholarship, the criteria is annual income should less than Rs. 8 lakhs.

Campus Life

There are many clubs in this college which do different activities and the main fest PRAVAH in which all the clubs are involved. There is a fest for sports also named as AAVEG. The infrastructure is so well developed and makes college life better.

Admission

I chose this because it is the top ranking private college in my state. And heard from passout students that it is good for study and availability of resources. There are two ways to get admission. First is through REAP and other is management quota.

Faculty

Faculty of this institute is good and supportive. The course is divided in eight semesters. First year is of basics of each branch. Main course is start from 2nd year. There are two mid terms 30 marks each and university exams are of 70 marks. The average of mid terms and university marks are added and then graded.

Night Life

Night life is so silent and peaceful except the time during fest because of night events. Hostel gates for boys closed at 9pm and for girls at 6pm. There are shops and cafes near colleges which are good for chillout and hangout.

Placement Experience:

Jecrc have average placement they show 55 lakh package on advisement and 6 lakh at average placement, but I talked with senior they say placement is not good from jecrc. But I thought have good placement in jecrc university.

Decent college for the girls

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for summer internship (after 3rd year) from start of 3rd year (5th sem) and for the placements, companies come to the college from 7th semester onwards. Companies like jo Morgan, Deloitte, Flipkart, goldman sachs , PepsiCo ,oracle,bny ,ubs , rippling etc come here for placements, some of them come for 2months and 6months internship too. Average package offered by them is 9-10 lpa , jpmc , Goldman, visa they offer till 12 lpa and it can go up for some of the companies . Most of the companies allow to sit for 6.5cgpa and above but some of them allows 7.5 and above cgpa and jpmc allows 8.5cgpa and plus as far I know till now . I am currently looking forward to work in a company and get a placement.

The course curriculum is vast and allows a student to explore all the possible options to take before deciding on one . The field of elctronics and communication engineering allows one to deal with electronics and learn all the possible tinkering with them which is a very fascinating part as all the gadgets possible today were made of them. The curriculum does satisfy this thirst by teaching about them in the class of electronics and electricals and then experimenting in the lab with them . The areas for improvement could be that if a student is interested in a specific field then should be allowed to venture that field throughly instead of sitting in every class , but that is an imrovement for the indian education system as as whole . The classes of every subject does occur frequently and and exams take place every month in a form of quiz or proper pen based exams.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because I like computer science and I can see my future in this course. The current ratio in computer science courses is around 1:5. And we don't have technical communication teaching at present and the college is saying that they will recruit teachers as soon as possible. The student-teacher ratio in all the branches is around 1:3. All facilities are well qualified and teach well but they are not permanent and hence they may or may not be changed next year. There are two semesters in each year and an examination is conducted after each semester. The difficulty level of these exams ranges from moderate to difficult.

My experience at SKIT College

I choose this college because this college us ranked no 1 in rajasthan for technical education. This is nirf ranked and RTU affiliated college but this college is become Autonomous. No i only applied for this college so I do not get any rejections from other colleges. Admission process is In jee you need to score more than 94 percentile to secured a Computer Science branch,there is also a management quota in that 5 lakh is given to college apart from college fees to get desired branch. I am only apply for this college as my first choice of reap counselling and my favourite branch computer science and engineering . And I got it in 1st round of counselling at 91.6 percentile. This is the best college ranked no.1 so I choice it and prefer it to my one position. I don't want to go in government college of Rajasthan so I choice it.
