Course Curriculum Overview

3

The overall curriculum of my course in the university is nice but according to me They should do some changes. My course is related to feild work and management. So they have to add more practical based knowledge than the theoretical one. The exam pattern should also be changed.

Placement Experience

4

In our college students will be eligible for placements from third semester In third semester there is an exam of Functional Exposure Report in which you have to show your internship certificate to the examiner. College will help you getting the placement. Many companies like zomato visited our campus for placements. I will do my masters after this .

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees of my course which was Bachelors in Journalism and Mass Communication is Rs. 120000 for first year and Rs.110000 for second and third year. There are some scholarships provided by the university only not by college I studied from Trinity Institute of Professional Studies Dwarka Delhi. I choose my college because one of the best college for doing BAJMC from Guru Govind Singh Indraprastha University. The scholarship is only for students of reserved categories You have to fill the form first and then you have to fulfill the required criteria by the university. The form is available on the official website of the university.

Campus Life

3

Our college's annual fest is UNMAD It is organise by our college every year in the month of December or January. The classrooms are clean, well furnished and air conditioned. Its a drawback of our college that there is not any playground for students in campus of college. There is no extra activities. There are different clubs and societies of colleges.

Admission

I applied for some other colleges like Asian Academy of Film and Television noida and Gulshan Kumar Film and Television Institute of India. The both Institutes is located in Film City Noida. I got selected in GKFTII but I go for Trinity Institute of Professional Studies because of the university. GGSIPU is a government university. Talking about the entrance exam the university conducts its own entrance exam every year You will get colleges and admission in the university according to your rank in the entrance exam of the university.

Faculty

Genuinely, The whole faculty of my course during my course period is really helpful and supportive to me . Actually I have some chronic health issues during my studies So they have helped me a lot for studies and sometime short attendance issues. The teaching style of them is unique and really well. They have a friendly behavior with us.

Night Life

1

There is no hostel facility in our college for both boys and girls. Our college worls in two shifts One morning and one evening shift. There is only a small cafeteria shop in college campus. There are different markets in all sectors of dwarka Vegas mall of dwarka sector 14 is famous. Ramphal Chowk Dwarka sector 7 is the hub of Paying guest and accommodation for students of different colleges .

Other Applied Colleges

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course intending to enter the field of journalism, but unfortunately, I found the curriculum lacking in term of real-world experience. While the teaching methods were good and the faculty did their best, the core issue laay in the syllabus itself. The curriculum was heavily theory-based, with minimal emphasis on practical training, There were no opportunities for ground reporting, feature writing, or other essential field activities like that were crucial for my career. I feel that the course did not fully equip us with the hands-on experience needed to step confidentely into industry

Course Curriculum Overview:

This course sounds very interesting and covers a large spectrum of topics. There are a total of 60 students in the class of 2024, which is further divided into two sections of 30 students each. The faculty is very well read and the classes are interactive. We have frequent debates and discussions on some very interesting topics. The exams are held semester wise every 4-5 months. The difficulty level is not much when it comes to passing the examinations.
