Likes

The teaching staff here is quite friendly and helpful also the non teaching staff is good
The environment here is full of focus and academic are focused
The syllabus is given priority as compared to other colleges they don't give burden only on students

Dislikes

The teaching staff should be little more oriented toward the technical skills
There is quite restricted for girls and boys to sit together in canteen or campus area
The gatherings are not that high level as compared to other colleges

Course Curriculum Overview

The students placed from this college was high in number before 3 years but as many more engineering colleges are introduced in amravati the college placement is not up to the mark however the companies appearing here are with good environment and good package

Placement Experience

From the 7 semester we are eligible for applying in any company, the college brings company in college as well they bring startups , faculty focus on domain the students be working on for their further carrier development.

Fees and Financial Aid

For OBC students the fee is 47000 For general students it's 85000 For SC ST students it's 8000 These fees include the whole academic year however the charges for addmission form each year is taken 1500

Campus Life

The college have a very soothing environment and also there is no burden of too many assignments and the teachers give very convenient assignment, library is providing to the students for access of books and also the students can study there and it's free of cost

Admission

The college is quite convenient for reaching in time and also the syllabus is fully covered here so that you don't have to join other classes unlike other colleges. The college give chance to students with low marks also however they don't take any donation for addmission

Faculty

The faculty here is appropriate for the students however each teacher teaches 3 subject that is each subject to each year they don't have different teachers for each year students but that doesn't matter the teachers teaches all the subjects effortlessly. The exam structure is as term exam twice for each semester covering whole syllabus

Night Life

The college have gym but the cafeteria is not good at all it have very limited food items and also most of the times it's closed , at nighttime the college gates are closed and students are restricted their to go

Placement Experience:

If one wants direct placements in comapnies such as Wipro, Cognizant, Hexaware, TCS and many more, SIT is the place. Highest is still unbeatable as one student in 2023 got a paycheck of 50 lakhs per annum from SIT. Even the average is over 10 lakhs now as most students are placed through SIT placements cell.

Course curriculum is also good and it is explained in detail on the college's website and there are labs for the courses which made learning fast and easy. Relevance(industry alignment)->8/10 The curriculum is designed to keep up with the industry needs especially in fast growing fields like computer science, management, design and pharmacy. Updated course such as AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, data science and 3D printing are included for tech students. Industry exposure depends on the students initiative it's not equally strong in every department. Comprehensiveness-> 7.5/10 First year courses focus on building strong basics in science, mathematics and communication skills. Later semesters introduce specialisation, electives, research projectsand soft skill training. The curriculum also includes personality development, entrepreneurship and innovation modules. A few departments could integrate new technologies fatser into the syllabus.
