HVPM College of Engg. Review

The course Information Technology in this college is far better beacuse faculties of this course in this college are best. Extra curricular activities are done for the practical knowledge of students. Proper seminars also taken, according to me the college needs to improve the practical knowledge of students by focusing more on coding.

In this college students are eligible for placements from 7th semester. In this college placement is very low as compared to other colleges hardly 2-3 companies are visited. the average package starts from 2-2.5 LPA. The students getting placements have cgpa over 8.

The total fees of college and also for OPEN category student is 80300 rs. For the students belonging to category SC and ST fees is 0 rs as they receive their fee in the form of scholarship and they have to pay that scholarship fees to college. For the students belonging to category OBC/EBC/EWS the fees to be paid is 44714 rs and for students belonging to the category VJNT,SBC fees to be paid is 9127 rs. Students can pay fees in installments.

Many technical festival and annual festivals are celebrated in college. At the end of the year for the students gathering is there to show their skills and other talents. The insfrastructure in the college is decent. the college has a bih library in which all the resources and books are available for students.

The reason for choosing this college is my MHT CET marks. I did not get that desired marks as I want to take admission in other colleges of Amravati. As I get little less marks in CET I did not get the college I want in Amravati so this college alloted to me in CAP round. As compared to Sipna college , Pote College , Ram meghe college this college is not that to much worthy.

The faculties are good in the college. Relationship of faculties with students are also good and they also take efforts to make student intelligent. Prof. V. Gangvani sir, Prof. S. Utane mam, Dr. R.R. Keole sir are the best in information technology department according to me. Others faculties are also decent. In this college before university examination two exams are conducted maily unit tests or common tests. Marking schemes is also good.

The nightlife in or around the college campus is decent. The college has two decent canteens not much big in which students can spend time. The college also provides hostels for girls. As compared to other engineering colleges the night life of this college is not that much interesting.
