Course Curriculum Overview

We get real time projects that help in getting real cooperate world experience we also have internships that help us to gain skills and face the real world.My specialisation is pretty demanding and have a lot of scope.

Class Size: 75Course Fees: INR 250000 per year

Placement Experience

Placements rate is getting better with an average of 6lac lpa going upto 50 lac lpa. From 4 th year students are eligible to get placed. Companies approaching are aslo pretty good.Students with good CGPA can get very good package.

Fees and Financial Aid

Total fees per semester is 125000.The fee is same for all branches of Btech.Scholarship for first sem will be provided as per your inter marks and further provided by sem marks.It wont be increasing I guess.

Campus Life

Thr overall experience is pretty good with full of events and fun. It is os students responsibility to manage both fun and studies. They are many clubs present with will help our interests.Library is very vast and one can get required book easily.

Hostel Facilities

Room provided by college is pretty decent and mess is also good with various food options. Registration for hostels can be done with registration of course only.Rooms are given on first come first serve basis.

Hostel Fee: INR 69000 per year

Admission

Compared to some other colleges this is far better in every aspect like in events and education.Process to join is either you have to write admission exam or go on interview to get admission. Selection of course is first come first serve basis

Faculty

Total semester is 5 months.We have 2 mids,1 comprehensive exam abd lab exams.Exam difficulty is moderate and preparation must be done further only.Can score easily in lab exams and assignments .Overall exams are pretty easy.

Night Life

We have 2 major canteens with affordable food prices .It is very chill campus. Hostlers can stay out side campus till 9 and can roam around in campus till 11.It is safe area to room with security guards everywhere to help.

Decent college with good facilities

Placement Experience:

From 4th year 1st semester, the students become eligible for campus placements. About 10-15 companies visited our college with minimum 3 lpa. And only 30% of students are placed in the campus placement. Companies like virtuza, movate, cognizant, hcl visited our campus for placement. The highest package was 4.5 lpa and lowest was 2.8 . My plans after getting degree is work in a reputed mnc.

Placement Experience:

Generally, students from 3rd year second semester are eligible for the placements. some, who are interns at a company earns the place to proceed for the rest of life. some others should try harder because they didnt get the internship. It is important to get internship. Companies do visit vasavi such as visa, silicon labs, cisco and more to pick interns or to pick engineers. percentage around 60-70 gets placed every year. Actually placements decreased after the recession.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I am very Passionate about Computer Science. So I joined Information Technology which is the same as CSE. Information technology mostly offers the same opportunities as CSE in VNRVJIET. So, I preferred IT in VNRVJIET. In VNRVJIET, Hyderabad faculty: student ratio is approx 1:40 which is considered as Average ratio. Most of the Faculty are PHD Graduates but there are less number of Professors. Mostly there are Assistant Professors whose Teaching Methodology is average to Good but not rated as Better in terms of Teaching. Professors are good at Teaching but Some Assistant Professors are not as good as we expected. There are mostly newly joined PHD faculty members were there who will teach in a slow manner. Every 5-6 months we have Semester Exams which are mostly easy to pass if we have somewhat knowledge of the subject.

My life at ICFAI LAW Hyderabad

I had applied for other colleges but due to family issues, i couldn't go out of my home town for education. I had gotten into symbiosis but i saw the fee structure was too high and no transport facility was provided, then. There was also a safety issue with symbi as there were a lot of drug abuse cases reported. However, the courses thatbare offered in symbiosis are mostly corporate based and i am happy with my current electives as i want nothing to do with the corporate sector.
