Likes

My college support extra curricular activities a lot we have lot of activities happen on all the festivals.
My college campus is very clear and very beautiful there is Dustbins and very close close distance for both wet and dry garbage.
My college infrastructure is perfect all the benches are very spacious and properly built.

Dislikes

There’s lot of seriousness in the college that once enter in campus student cant leave campus before lást class and in case of emergency students have to write application and then they can leave.
College excludes B.Ed department in many activities and other departments are not aware about that there is b.Ed department also there in college.
Attendance is very serious like we have to be present or else we won’t be able to give exams.

Course Curriculum Overview

My aim is to become tecaher. So while selecting college I visited all the GGSIPU B.Ed colleges and noticed that Jim's is best college according to all aspects. It's infrastructure, faculty and all the other things.

Class Size: 11Course Fees: INR 53800 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

For the first year I have paid rs 53800 to college and Rs 60000 is seperate which is paid to GGSIPU University at the time of admission. My college name is Jim's engennering and management technical campus. No, there is no scholarship at my admission time. Fees was same for all the classmates of all catoegoris in college.

Campus Life

My campus life is amazing we have different sports facility available in the college like basketball, cricket etc . Which promotes students a lot in college.we have different societies also available in college like for singing and other things.

Admission

I have go offer from GGSIPU 4 colleges and after comparing I have decided that this was one of the best from all the colleges and it is very spacious and very good infrastructure and proper hygiene is maintained in the college.

Faculty

Faculty is one the favourite thing in my college as my faculty Dr. Geeta is best teacher I have ever meet. She is very understanding and very friendly with students. She always supports students in every situation.

Night Life

I have personally not experienced the nigh life around the college. There is no gym in college . Canteen is proper hygiene's and have good food for us and sufficient too. There are many hostel facilities in college to which is seprate for boys and girls also.

Poor infrastructure, average faculty and not-so-happening campus life

Placement Experience:

Students in B.ed course become eligible to take jobs in the last semester i.e 4th semester. The college does not provide any placement in our course instead students themself have to mail and contact different schools to secure a teching job. Average package a student can expect depends on many factors like their subjects, qualifications and skills. On an average one can expect around 6lpa in private sector. For securing jobs in government schools Students have to clear exams like DSSSB etc where average package ranges from 10 -12 lpa. Many of my seniors are doing jobs in private schools as techers while some teach online and have their you tube channels. I am planning to do masters in English literature from DU to increase my knowledge and job opportunities.

Placement happens every year in my college, 98%, sometimes 80%, but the salary is not that good and we have to work more, due to which we are not able to meet our expenses properly, still some children are left out of helplessness

I applied for good college like MSIT , NSUT,MAIT , BVCOE but don't get at my rank that's why I choose this as it is good after them. In Some college, I got confirmed admission but they are too far from mine house and also this one is better than those I didn't get a seat at my rank in other colleges. And everything depends on student's choice of college and distance between college and home. The admission process is not as difficult. Management will guide about everything which is required for counseling and admission on website. Eligibility is that students should have atleast 70 percent in physics, chemistry, maths . Exams accepted for course are JEE and CUET. The exam prefered by most students is JEE. Cutoffs are like above 88 percentile in jee for other state students. And about above 79-81 percentile for home state students. Overall admission experience is good as management helps in which document required when and where to submit. Don't get strict if you forget any documents but give you time to submit....Read More

Honest review for Guru teg bhadur institute of technology rajouri garden

The admission process is purely based on jee mains exam. You have to fill preference on ipu official website after registration on it. Also i applied for jc bose university and aktu university but according to me aktu has a plus point on ipu and for me it would not be feasible to take in aktu distance wise. Aspects of the GGSIP University

I chose this college over the other ones because I got the admission on the merit basis by clearing the exam of this University. I applied for Bhartiya Vidyapeeth and the Delhi University. I got a rejection from the Delhi University in the course which I needed to join because of very high cutoff, instead of that I was getting admission in other course which I did not wanted.
