Exploring Lovely Professional University

In many university there course curriculum was not upto the mark i choose this course specially in lpu because of their fresh syallabus. In bba there are many new day to day trends and changes which impacts are life. I go through the various curriculars they are still lacking behind the older generation. E-commerce, IT in Management these are few subjects which are very important in the course curriculum and i founded that in this university and i want to pursue something which helps me to gain information and various ideas to grow my business so I selected bba her. The areas of improvement which I want to do in the curriculum is to add more practical subjects in the course.

What i liked about the university is their strict policies. Summer internship is compulsory for all the students of the lpu. Companies Like Infosys, ABB, Microsoft, Cognizant etc they offered the reputative roles of their department with 10,000-15000 stipends. Role of Retail Marketer for the companies like infosys and abb. A Community development project helps me a lot for improving my speaking and communication skills and to overcome the shyness and overthinking we need to take participate in as number of games as possible

After the completing of 3rd year of the btech degree and after the completion of 2nd year of the bba course you are eligible for the campus placements. Some of the companies visiting LPU are Cognizant, BOSCH, Amazon, Cloudera, VMWare, HackerOne, Phonepe, Flipkart, Informatica, Voltas, Sony, and P&O Cruises. Over 1,050 companies participated in LPU Placements 2023, offering 6,645 job offers till May 2023. 504 companies offered CTCs of 5 LPA or above. The highest package went upto 3CPA internationally while 64LPA domestically with total recruiters is about 1200. The placement rate at Lovely Professional University (LPU) is generally more than 80%. In 2023, the placement rate for MBA students at LPU was 96%.

The year wise i paid for my bba course is 160k . The fee structure of the college is a little bit higher as compared to other private universities. To get relaxation in terme of fees you can give the exam of lpunest with gives you the best chance to pay lesser fees than the actual fees. Btech Students usually pays around 300k excluding scholarships and lpunest. Examination fees will cost around extra 4k. To dive into the placement scene lpu offers placements drives and various internship programs. The fees of career services will depends on your course. In my BBA Degree the cost revolves around 4k to 8k. I already paid 320k in total for bba course and I'm currently in my 4th semester. The students who failed to get enough marks in their particular subjects fill the reappear registration form which will cost around 350rs/- and to improve in the exam and assignment of that subject extra 3k will be taken. To appear in the reappear examination lpu will give you 5 chances to get pass in that subject if u failed to do so, backlog will be added to your academics to clear the backlogs. To appear in the backlog process student need to pay his/her fees which is actually 10% of the course fee you're studying into. For eg I'm a student of BBA and I'm paying 80k per semester if I get a backlog in a subject so I need to pay 10 percent of my course fee which is actually 8,000rs. Also a department called student academic affairs took a fee of 1,000rs to give you tution classes to improve your grades in the failed subject by providing you lectures of 40+ hours. Also lpu gives scholarship for full-time Ph.D. students that can cover up to 90% of their tuition and other university costs. With a view to To provide financial assistance to students who need support for pursuing their higher education and to increase attainment and enhance their employability lpu gives total of 300k to 500k financial amount to the students to provide better career improvements in their respective field.

There are many cultural festives and fests which are organised by lpu every year. There was a Event called one world which showcases the differenct cultures around their world through various types of dance performances, songs etc. In September there is a event for code enthusiastic who loves coding participates in the quiz challenges organized by the university itself. In December there was a event called technovation which are very popular among developers and management students. I'm not fond of books and journals but there are many libraries inside the different blocke and there is Central library where we can found end number of books and journal.

I researched about graphic era university which is a private university in dehradun, uttrakhand. I was completely sure to take admission in the college but their syllabus was very outdated and dull there was very few sports activities so I changed my mind and visited the lovely professional University i have never seen this big university by area in my life I went through their curriculum of various commerce streams and decided to take admission in lpu. The admission process of my college is easy and their website ui is friendly and easy to connect. U need atleast 70 percent of marks in your 10+2 and to get the scholarship you can give the exam of lpunest which is conducted by the university offline or online both. My admission experience was very good as we all know that universities are very welcoming if you're their new students

In lpu, faculties are easily available we can connect them through tutorials which are organised every week. We can ask them practical and real life scenerios of the particular subject. We can also meet them by visiting their cabins. The faculty which I liked the most is Dr sachin kumar sir because they are very friendly in nature they are easily approachable without any hesitation. The environment of their class is very energetic and all the students was very excited when their lecture comes. The faculty which I don't like was dr Manpreet kailay, she was completely from the word 'teacher' she was shy all the time and she only taught to first benchers she didn't even know how to interact with students. In lpu there are mid term exams and end term examination every student should score atleast 40 percent to pass in a subject. The course curriculum is updated time to time

The nightlife of lpu is crazy, the class overed at 5pm we used to sit in a garden with a cup a coffee gossiping about someone the topic was random and childish. There are one mall near lpu or we can say a popular dining or partying place "Eastwood Village" everyone from lpu specially come from their hostel to enjoy the nighout with friends.
